  1. I debated Corporal Punishment, But Kirchners mom wrote it "as told to". I'm pretty sure it also says a work of fiction. I may be wrong on that though.
  2. I slept all day trying to recover from the flu. Since I was awake all night I tried putting together this list of wrestling autobiographies. I'm sure there are others not listed. Let's try to make a complete list. This list is a pretty good start. I hope to edit this if you can name others. I have all the books listed until I broke this list off at the bottom. I still need those.
  3. Announcer books that I know of.. Cappetta Larry Nelson Strangelhold Gordon Solie has 3 but only 1 worth a squirt. You can get that one at Crowbar press. The Gordon Solie Chronicles Bill Mercer from World Class has one as well. Play by Play Jeff Gorman. this Side Of The Mic. I can't think of anymore at the moment. That might be all of them.
  4. Gary Harts's autobiography JJ Dillons autobiography Drawing Heat from Jim freedman Pain and Passion from Heath McCoy 5 is tough call between Lou Thesz' autobiography, Midnight Express scrap book from Cornette or Mick Foleys 1st autobiography
  5. El Bandito from Orig Williams and a You Grunt I'll Groan from Jackie Pallo will be a couple you need to look into. Neither are the easiest to find though. Edit: El Bandito is on Amazon really cheap.
  6. Are there any other books being typed up? If so let me know I can help out. I have damn near every autobiography out. Message me if anytbing is in the works.
  7. I have all 4 Paul Vachon books, but I didn't enjoy them much. They have a few good stories but I was just kind eh on them. I have the original Drawing Heat but I'd love to read the extended version. Some one should take pictures of the new pages
  8. There is no reason to buy Mark Lewins book after reading that review. I own the book. I'd willing to bet there are just a many words in that review as there are in the book. It's horrible.
  9. Crowbar press has Hooker by Lou Thesz reprinted for 20 bucks. I hear its better than the original. More new content.
  10. I loved Drawing Heat. Definitely in my top 5. Blackjack Mulligans books is pretty bad in my opinion. I'd stay away from that. George Steele's book is awful. Stay away! Luger's book is quite bad as well. Mark Lewin's book is right there with Chyna's book as the worst. What a pile of shit this book was. It could have been great, but its a steaming turd. James Beard's book became one of my top 3 books ever. I loved his stories on the Von Erich's and World Class. The book is worth every penny. He does cover his WWE tryout in the last chapter of the book. He didn't get into his Memphis days, but he is making another book at some point. This is is mostly about his World Class days. Just a great book. If you don't like World Class or have no interest in it, pass this one by. But you will be missing out! My top 10 Gary Hart JJ Dillon James Beard Drawing Heat (Jim Freedman) Midnight Express Scrapbook by Cornette Pain and Passion by Heath McCoy Mick Foleys first Pure Dynamite Chokehold by Jim Wilson Stan Hanson Debated Hanson's book vs Bruiser Brody by Emerson Murry. Both are excellent!
