The Heavymetalweight Belt, yeah.  It's basically their Hardcore title, defended 24/7 anywhere.

Also, half of those reigns are by ladders, tables, blow up dolls, potted plants, the belt itself...

Still more important than the TNA Legends/Global/World TV/King of the Mountain Championship.

Still got 75 years to go, but Big Vin is at least 1/4 correct so far as guys are still doing snake eyes today.

  2. I thought this was a hilarious show. EC3 was actually good as a babyface GM, we got more sub-porno level acting from Raquel, and all of the Hrady stuff had me cracking up. I also loved Robbie's "trust the process" during their pool bit. Cranky Al Snow remains the most genuinely enjoyable part of the show, and now he gets sidekicks! And they have some of the hardest to remember names in TNA history - yay! Oh, and Pepper Parks has a gig now so they can get the most use out of their money because they've also got his wife under contract too. Good for him I guess. Maybe he can feud with Eli over the prestigious TNA Legends/Global/World TV/King of the Mountain Title. And Jeff is a goddamn idiot taking that bump off the apron on a thick table with nothing to break his fall but either a thick post or concrete. That definitely hurt him more than Shane flying off the cell at WM.

  3. IC Title match was incredible, and an early match of the year contender - easily the best match on this show. Main event was hurt by the Usos interference no-selling the earlier stuff, but was great overall. Loved the table bumps since AJ takes the best announce table bumps ever, and looked great in losing to Roman. Seth's return was a nice surprise, and I like that they've given him a new far less Billy and Chuck-style logo now with the anarchy vibe to it.

  4. Pretty useless show, but I did love Dean Ambrose bringing back Raven's Clockwork Orange House of Fun match - only now it has a plant and a mop. The Club lost again, as did Becky - so WWE has something other than 50/50 booking and it's in these programs. Stephanie, of course, went over Ric Flair in NC in the main event segment. #newera

  5. Dolph-Baron was nothing. Ryback-Kalisto was a lot of fun - but the wrong guy won. Ryback winning off the super press slam would've been great. Team SAWFT vs. Vaudevillains was scary for all the wrong reasons. Enzo's bad landing looked scary at first, then the slow-mo kind of made it seem not too bad - followed by JBL going into WWE Speak Mode. That really hurt it, but then it was clear he was actually hurt and that took the wind out of the show briefly.

The Owens-Zayn match was near-perfect though. Sami is the best babyface in peril since Ricky Morton - using just his fingers to elicit sympathy. Great match here and I was glad to see Owens win and even happier to see him do commentary for Miz-Cesaro. This cut out a ton, and I'm not rewatching it ever, but Owens was amazing on commentary. Shocked that Miz won, but they seemed to set up a 4 way feud for the belt too. Roman vs. AJ was excellent overall. The overbooking was all predictable - and logically built into the match based on what happened in prior weeks and tonight. AJ looked super-strong in defeat, and came off like a credible World title-level guy - which was more than I expected.

  6. Eva vs. Asuka was a lot of fun, largely due to how the crowd reacted and to see Asuka wrestle circles around her at all times. The Revival vs. Jamokes #1 and #2 match perfect. It was EXACTLY what the fucking Bullet Club needed and didn't get. The Nakamura match was a blast, and every single thing he does entertains me since he's so good at the little things. Loved the Revival just kicking ass not only in their match, but after the Hype Bros. one as well.

  7. Pretty good show overall, and a far better go-home show for Payback than anything done for WM. They made Sami vs. Owens seem like a huge deal - and it made me wish that was for an important secondary title. With Miz and Cesaro going at it for the IC, then just giving Owens the US Title would have been fine and would give them something to fight over. Gallows and Anderson's debut had a couple of highlights, but went on way too long and just lacked impact. They should have steamrolled any team - instead, they "told a story" with the Usos that could've been accomplished with a post-match beating, and didn't really shine much. Then they got beat up by the Big Dog. Main event was a bit more of the same too - but they did make AJ look strong tonight.

  8. This show did an awful job of building the future for everyone but Enzo Amore. Motherfucker made himself a star in a minute with a promo about having a micsaber for the haters and having the gift of gab and the gift of jab.  Fatal 4 way was a blast too - we got AJ Styles vs. Cesaro vs. Owens main eventing the post-WM Raw for a WWE Title shot. Incredible. AJ winning was a huge surprise too.

  9. Aside from the horrible false finish botch, the tag title match was outstanding - and we got to see JR AND KOTA IBUSHI after it! Yeah boy is 2016 going to be interesting. Nakamura vs. Sami was one of the best matches of the year so far - and better than Nakamura-AJ at WK 10. They have perfectly nailed his theme and while it's not quite as great as "Subconscious", it's 99% as good. Bayley vs. Asuka was nearly perfect and they found a way to give Asuka a dominant win without really hurting Bayley. Finally, Joe vs. Finn was a crazy war to start - and while it did die out a bit at the end, they still delivered a memorable match. Excellent night of action, with Nakamura vs. Sami easily winning match of the night honors.

  10. The Taker-Shane brawl was nuts, and a huge risk to take for Shane (and Taker) given that WM is so close. Shane of course fell short on the elbow, and Taker got sliced to Hell - but it made the WM match more exciting. Heyman's promo on the Brock-Dean match was amazing. He hyped up the match in a way that tied it into WM 30, and thus made every Taker match at WM after WM 30 seem important because 2 years later, it's still being brought up in current events. And then Dean came out with a little red wagon and went shopping under and around the ring for things to put in the wagon. And they tried with HHH and Roman, and everything died. Didn't help that the show-closer happened after they gave the crowd a 20+ minute meaningless match with everything on Earth being chanted but "Chyna" - that was saved for HHH's promo.

  11. Pretty fun setup show for Takeover. Gargano got a win over the Drifter, while Swann looked strong in defeat against Finn. Joe was built up like a fucking world-beater, while Alexa and Mary Dobson had a fun, but really sloppy match. Asuka vs. Emma was outstanding, and will be a far better wrestling match than anything setup for WM. The American Alpha life recap video set up their title match perfectly too. They've each lost the big one before, but now they have a partner, and now COULD be their time.

  12. TNA is Talking here. I did chuckle at Shera and Grado talking about being owed money, while Grado invited 'Scott and Phil from Chicago!" to his party. Maria was certainly given a lot of airitme. Fall of the Dollhouse was long overdue with the losses of Kong and Taryn. The gauntlet for the gold's...title shot was awful. The "Twist of Fat" chant amused me though.

  13. They found a way to make an Undertaker retirement stip seem completely meaningless tonight. Also, Steph cut Kevin Steen's balls off, while Roman got to keep his briefly...until he kicked HHH's ass like a coward. SuperRoman's Pal Dean survived against Braun thanks to weapons, and we got a nice Terry Funk cameo that I guess set up Dean beating Brock Lesnar with a chainsaw at WM.
