This is the good stuff. Tony keeping kayfabe alive at the NFL Draft and Rich Eisen putting the angle over.
We're lucky to have an owner/promoter that loves wrestling as much as Coach Tony K.

“For some reason we showed Haku the Booker T/Hogan promo and he laughed for minutes”
Maybe it's because I'm stoned, but I'd love a DSOTR-spinoff where Haku is shown footage of events throughout history and we watch him laugh.

You know if Danielson saw footage of Ugandan wrestling, he’d want to work there.
Well, Danielson did wrestle Kamala in 2009, IIRC.

I thought the gauntlet match was really fun once it got going (aka when Ospreay entered). Him vs. pretty much anybody seems compelling right now, and you can tell everybody was excited to have their moment against him.
I especially enjoyed the interaction between Ospreay and Jay White.

I'd be all for this leading to The Elite vs. Team Tony Blood & Guts, where the Young Bucks lose their EVP status.
I was hoping we'd see the Motor City Machine Guns confront the Young Bucks tonight, but I guess that will have to wait.

This last page has been comedy gold.
That's gold Jerry, GOLD!

Claudio/Ospreay was awesome, but that's no surprise.
I'm looking forward to this weekend. Three hours of wrestling on Saturday and Dynasty, which will probably clock in around five hours. Good thing I don't have to be up early Monday.

I'm glad BCG/The Acclaimed for all the gold got added to Dynasty. We don't need two sets of trios titles.

No wonder he doesn't want to sign up with a fed where one of their top guys is happy to flame war with him on Twitter
Well, the thing about Seth Rollins...he's a tool.

And for the record, WCW 2000 wasn't having great matches on the level of AEW. These two are not the same no matter how many weirdo online posters try to say it is.
I've had enough of the weirdo online posters. I've basically unsubscribed from all the FB wrestling groups I had joined. The DVDVR is the only group of online wrestling weirdos I need.

It's more about Jericho wanting to teach Hook, but with Hook being wary of Jericho based on Jericho's past of turning on his partners.

I feel bad for the wrestlers out there tonight who got overshadowed by the All In nonsense.
Cope/Penta, Anna Jay/Mariah May, Joe/Dustin all over delivered tonight. That's what the focus should be on, wrestling.

My gosh, what are we even doing with this show
We’re this close to blood baths, “Iron Man” and comments about scissors
This ain’t it
We already get comments about scissors. "Scissor me, Daddy Ass."

Yeah, AEW should have just ignored CM Punk's interview. We know Punk is a malcontent who is never happy. Sooner or later, something will piss him off and he'll walk out on WWE again.
That said, I like the Bucks using the incident as an excuse for losing to FTR at All In.

I was partial to Homicide coming out to Beanie Sigel
But yeah, if you want to stay up on Youtube, best to clip out/mute the music.
Yes, how could I forget Homicide's with the Kill Bill intro?
Oh, and add "Gimme Back My Bullets" for The Briscoes to the list.

I don't really recall ROH having particularly good music. And no New Jack style music over top of the bout. Or promo montage music. Am I misremembering somebody having music that was important to the show? I guess Punk's theme was impactful, but not a song I'd miss hearing.
Er wait, yeah, I'd miss the Copacabana. I wish TK would buy that one and give Colt a proper push already.I was always a fan of the licensed entrances, particularly El Generico's theme "Ole" by the Bouncing Souls.
Of course, there was "The Final Countdown" for Danielson.
Samoa Joe's theme was a good one, as was Claudio's, Alex Shelley, Austin Aries, Roderick Strong, Kevin Steen, Chris Hero with Larry Sweeney's intro. That's just off the top of my head.

Still, speaking of missing copyrighted music, is there anything worse than watching ECW from WWE sources?
I imagine Gabe era ROH with dubbed over music would be pretty rough, too.

JC joked he was going to buy his own island somewhere.
I was going to make a joke that Vince could go live with Gary Glitter, but after doing some research, it appears Mr. Glitter is currently in prison, exactly where Vince should be.

I hope the footage is as good as Glenn Danzig getting knocked out by the singer of the North Side Kings back in the early 2000's. For those who don't know what I'm referring to.

Done that with Beavis and Butthead and you run into the same retractions.
Same with The State. All the licensed music used had to be dubbed over with sound a like songs, which is way it took so long for it to be released on dvd, which eventually came out in 2012.

Punk would probably be a lot cooler if he did drink and do drugs. Take the edge off, man.

When I was a student at Kennesaw State some years back, my whole house (5 guys) ordered that massive carnivore pizza from down the street. I'll remain shocked until the day I say that Adam finished his half of that.
At my drunkest, I was only able to do two fat sandwiches. I could never fathom downing five in 45 minutes.

Damien Priest is in the booth right now with Michael Kay and Paul O'Neill in the 3rd inning of the Yankees/Marlins game. Priest is a big Yankees fan, so that makes him ok in my book.

I did it early in my funeral career. I had to pour a saw dust like powder to absorb the liquids in a garbage bag. I had to cut the viscera to let the gasses out. I was sweating profusely, wretching as my glasses almost slid down my face in the bag of viscera.
