The rules are a single elimination tournament with a 15:00 time limit where if there is a draw there will be an overtime. There will also be a judging panel consisting of Canek & Los Hermanos Dinamita (Cien Caras & Mascara Ano Dos Mil) with them deciding the best match and best luchador. There will also be an English and Spanish iPPV with Matt Striker & Vampiro doing the English announcing. AAA Executive Vice President Dorian Roldan was asked about participation from EMLL and he said that they were definitely asked to be part of it but they declined. He hopes that one day they can work together in the future.
