I still remember being outside the last Jets game of the season in the mid 90's getting autographs and celebrating when one of the players told me the Bengals won to go 8-8. This was the Jeff Blake era IIRC. I think it would be our only non losing season from 1991-2004. Us winning the Super Bowl in the Niners home stadium would be the greatest irony in sports history (Joe Montana ruined my childhood).I am still in shock. 6 and F'N 0. So many seasons of 2-4 wins.

I have nightmares of Montana to Taylor. I was 9 years old then and it has haunted me for this long. So many losing seasons. The last ten years have been great compared to the 90s and this season has been unreal.

Finally bought the bundle stars Shadow of Mordor bundle. Through around 5 hours of it, I love it. Just fucking up Uruks is tons of fun. I usually get frustrated dying in games but with the nemesis system, it makes me want to get revenge and get better. So far $15 well spent.

Thanks. I think I'll be getting it in a couple days. I'm not big on how challenging a game is, just that the game is fun. I love the Batman games and I liked AC 2. So the combat should be fun and the nemesis system seems unique.

Grew up a diehard Bengals fan. They will always be my favorite sports team. Boomer, Ickey, David Fulcher. Man, I loved the Bengals in the late 80s.
I have a soft spot for the Lions. Fell in love with them in the earl 90s and Barry Sanders. I owned at one time a Sanders jersey. He is still the greatest player I have watched play(that is counting Montana- FUCK him and the 9ers.)
Boomer will always be my favorite player ever. Did a United Way commercial with him. He came to my school after I developed arthritis an the school every year would do a walk-a-thon. He showed up the first couple years of it. Also did the arthritis telethon a few years and Boomer was involved with that as well. Just a all around awesome guy.
