He's a Castlevania character, I think.
Great interview with Gangrel. Love the part about the rope.
How insane would that have been if he was killed on air!

Neat take. Unfortunately, this shot is months old. That's just Batista naturally being himself.

Haha... Maybe I should say BatB is the most WATCHABLE show with Russo at his peak. Totally weird, terrible gimmick matches and Russo calling Hogan a bald-headed son of a bitch!
Not a good show but not pure torture.

Here's a list to check out regarding best/worst WCW things to check out on the Network. Bash at the Beach 2000 is my recommendation regarding the most Russo Russo-show.

To help celebrate the anniversary of the final WCW Monday Nitro and as a gift to the people who helped make my site what it is, I made the final issue of WCW Magazine available to download.
It's missing the Nitro Girls / Chavo poster for now, but I'm getting another copy of it to scan in this week.

I'm assuming this is the same place that gave you a discount if you did a Savage impression while ordering... and did they have a bonus if you body slammed someone?
You are correct -- the Not a Burger Stand in Burbank, CA:

A local radio show host here in Austin got real agitated whenever his wife started pushing him to get WWE tickets for them and their son. Neither one of them know anything about wrestling, the wife is just a huge fan of 'Total Divas'.
Wrestling might not blow up into the mainstream again like in the 90's, but it's spread so much in other avenues that the casuals are coming back in, right? Haven't ratings slowly been creeping up over the last year?

Very annoyed that I ran this through google image search and no wallpaper sized versions exist.

This is the best you're gonna get.
Let's talk about how badass Dustin Rhodes' Seven jacket was:

To be fair, the story I was quoting was a dumb fluff piece that's still currently on the front page of Yahoo! (Which is the only news site not blocked here at work).
It's called "Retro Wrestlers: Where Are They Now?" and it's all bad.

Got worried after seeing Big Fresh quote one of my tweets -- I thought I was visiting the board in my sleep and trying to get my Twitter over.
But, seriously -- you should follow it. I posted a Hulk Hogan mug from 1999!!

That toy list on the WWE website got me inspired to write up my own Ten Obscure WCW Figures list as they missed out on so much. I mean, I still cannot believe they went through and made a guy like:
Also, today is the anniversary of two WCW PPVs as well:
One had a double main event with The ThunderCage and the other... well...

Those are all promo photos designed to show off the costumes made by AFX Studios. They did a ton of WCW work back in the day and even helped put together Triple H's "King of Kings" Barbarian garb and The KISS Demon's getup:

Unused Sting Shirt Design - WCW Starrcade 1997 - Art by Steve Stanley *Click to Enlarge*
A former WCW merch artist shared this with me over on Twitter. This shirt was never released and was something he pulled from his portfolio to contribute to my site.
Very cool -- see if you can decipher the secret message on the shirt's write up on the back.
