This last week I decided to get into boxing and am sad to learn this was the last episode of FNF. From the little snapshot I saw of the series it looked like one of the last genuine series on ESPN. FNF What boxing shows would you guys suggest would be the best to learn the sport now that FNF is off the air?

My wife and I are traveling to LA the last weekend in March to have her acoustic neuroma (brain tumor) removed by a top doctor in that field at USC. We are arriving on the Saturday before Wrestlemania with her surgery the following Tuesday and will be there for two weeks. We are staying around USC the first week while she is in the hospital, then moving to a beach house in Marina Del Rey (close to Santa Monica) for week two. We do plan on doing some touristy things like the Santa Monica pier, Hollywood sign and In and Out Burger. Some recommendations I am looking for are:
1) Best place to watch Wrestlemania so I am not stuck watching the PPV on my iPad in a hotel room.
2) We love all types of food and are looking to try the best the city has to offer especially if we do not have to pay a premium price for it.
3) Looking for a good wrestling show to attend live.
4) A good rock/metal club to check out. Too bad Steel Panther is in Europe during our trip.
5) Any other touristy things to check out before her surgery on Tuesday.
Anything else you guys might come up with is very much appreciated.

I ended up watching TLCS on my TV by way of the computer. The feed would freeze periodically then after a few seconds to a minute continue. As of 1045 I wasn't to the main event yet. Lucky for me I fell asleep anyhow, the card sucked.

This is going to be the show that gives me fits. Thinking of plugging HDMI cable to computer in hopes that I get a decent stream. The PS4 app has been giving me fits the past couple of days. Now I am getting a fatal error when I try to start the live feed.

This argument is a ridiculous waste of time. All I knows is that I haven't felt like watching wrestling outside of the WWE PPV and the NXT show was the kick in the nuts I needed to get my wrestling fandom back on track.

I haven't read these books yet but based on hype alone anything by Brandon Sanderson is worth a read. I have read The Stormlight Archive series is supposed to be 10 books (with only 2 currently out) and the Mistborn series still has more books yet to be released.
The aforementioned Scott Lynch is another author on my 2015 reading bucket list. The Gentlemen Bastards series also has more books yet to be released, including a prequel.
Steve Eirkison's Malazan Book of the Fallen series (which I believe is complete) was highly highly recommended to me from a friend who knows his SFF. This is yet another series I have the first book in but yet to start. I have a lot of work to do in 2015.

My disc drive has died and I don't want to lose playing time to send it in so I am going all digital. That being said I look for good opprotunities to repurchase the games I have on disc. Lego Marvel is on sale for $8 and my children could not be happier we have this once again.

Cornette shoots about the Mulkeys and has nothing but great things to say about the guys.
I am so bummed that there is no footage of the Midnight's US Tag Team title defense against the Mulkey's in Anderson, SC. That shit sounds like it was epic.
Now that I live in Anderson, this has become my 'Battle of Atlanta' lost classic. It just sounds so awesome and you can imagine just how rabid the crowd would have been during the match.
One of the engineers I work with on the railroad mentioned playing softball with one of the Mulkey brothers and said they were super down to earth guys away from the ring.

I played so much today... from about noon till 2am give or take 10-15 minutes, minus time for bathroom breaks and food...
I think I melted my brain.
Yesterday I was getting frustrated in the Crucible and took it as a sign to not play as much Monday. Need to finish the Crucible bounties today then jump on Vanguard stuff.

This was my favorite Boxing moment of the weekend and from all places it comes from Golden Boy Live. The announcers on the FS broadcast were talking about how the tubby man from Missouri thought the Great Wall from China was slow and he would have no problem in the fight. Then this happened...

Lance did a full stretcher job complete with neck brace. These bookers really know how to put over new talent. Wait boxing is real?!?!?!?
I wasn't as high on the DeGale/Dirrell fight but it certainly wasn't painstaking to watch. It was kind of hard to top the steller FNF show with three knockouts and the clip above which I watched before the PBC card.
