When Austin interviewed Bischoff, it was pretty obvious he was covering for Hogan a lot.

I never bothered to learn, mostly because I live in London but I can't pretend to really fancy it much. I had to renew my provisional license recently and have toyed with the idea of learning, but I'm not that sure I'd want to own a car so thus I am not sure I'd ever really get the practice time even if I did pass.

Dean Ambrose actually has to take a terrific beating tonight, because otherwise there's no justification for him not showing up in the main-event.

Too late for Sting to be the special guest referee?
I tend to think they should hold-off on reintroducing Reigns, at least until tomorrow. If Orton and Sting are already involved, then that feels like enough.
They've done well to build up the main event, but there's not a lot else on the card to get excited about. The 4-way tag match could be good if it's an elimination match, but it probably won't be - it will most likely be solid but little else. Bookies have Miz/MizDow going over, but I'm not convinced they'll go there as that act is already over whilst Gold&Stardust kinda need the belts.
Divas Title match is interesting, Nikki and A.J. are probably capable of a good match and might get the time to do it - but can A.J. be bothered? Signs point to no.
Team Paige vs Team Fox will probably be pretty quick and yadda yadda yadda, Emma on a big show is pretty funny though. Team Fox will go over
That leaves Wyatt vs Ambrose - interesting place on the card as the only male singles match, but they're obviously not going to go full-blast . Wyatt probably needs to go over here somehow, in a way that doesn't hurt Ambrose too much but doesn't involve interference.
I'm also of the opinion that the Cena Heel Turn makes no actual sense right now, at least in terms of the Rollins push.
So predictions are: Fandango, DustBros, Nikki, Wyatt, Team Fox, Team Cena

Hmmm, just doesn't seem to be any positive signs for Liverpool at the moment. I'm pretty unexcited at the prospect of Rafa's return, but Rodgers doesn't seem to have any tricks up his sleeve and if you're getting rid then you're getting rid.

So is New Day some sort of motivational speaker team or just more of the same "wrestling employing black stereotypes" thing? PRAISE THA LAWD and all that?
Which direction do you think is more likely?
Put your hand down, Greggulator.
Edit:
I'll give it chance, but I know how it will end.
Given the former is Bo's gimmick, one would imagine the latter. Though Bo as a 4th member might actually work.

Once HHH interferes in the match, I think we'll then see RKOOUTOFNOWHERE~!

So it looks like they will be doing the Xavier-Kofi-BigE group after all.
Hopefully R-Truth gets to be Omar.

That's an .6 on the Bully Ray contrived table spot scale.

I wonder if Tyson Kidd's cat obsession is some kind of rib on Teddy Hart.
That was my assumption, yes.

I think Mastiff & Brown are the favourites to win this; Brown obviously has the wrestler look, but Mastiff maybe the more interesting pick - plus he's a good friend of Spud and so there's a natural segue into a feud with Tyrese & ECIII.
I'm not sure Grado would actually benefit from a TNA contract; I think being on the show benefits him, but being in TNA...not so much.

MMA/'No. 1 Dad' Jarrett actually had a ton of babyface potential; they should have ran with it because he was the best thing in the company at the time. The only good thing, iirc, about Victory Road 2011 was Jeff, Karen and the kids on honeymoon at Disneyworld.
Was that the segment in which Jeff is having the time of his life, the kids are flat out not giving a fuck and Karen keeps asking when are they gonna have sex?
That's the one; can't find youtube links but it was proper funny. The thing is...well....post-Benoit, it was hard not to at least wonder if the kids weren't better off over at Chez JJ (though Giovanna Yannotti might have something to say about that).

Ryback is on another level right now as a promo.....there was a nod to Chris Jericho in the reference to 'Horowitz & Maven' line, but he's got enough personality of his own to make it work.
Axel did well to keep up with him there; he may be worth keeping around yet.

I think the Balotelli experiment is essentially over, and he will be replaced in January. He's more Rodger's most visible transfer failure than his biggest one, but the question is whether Rodgers can really be trusted with another pile of money. The answer is realistically no, unless he can turn things around. I maintain the Liverpool have been a bit unlucky with the fixture list, but 14 points from 11 games is nowhere near good enough. 8 games until the halfway point - 6 wins would give them 32 points and a pretty good chance of making the Top 6, and a dog in the fight for a Top 4 spot - but much less than that and it's a struggle.

Sha Samuels & Samuel Shaw - that might not quite work......biggest name clash since Maven & Raven.

I think we can confidently add Henry to Team Authority and Show to Team Cena. I think there's a pretty strong possibility we'll see The Dust Bros and The Usos in the other spots.
-
Although rumblingz of Steph being preggers are a hint that 'The Authority' are losing power, it's also a sign that Daniel Bryan really isn't coming back in time to finish that storyline.

This is what we need instead of the Authority:

Commentary did a lot to put over Zayn there - JBL calling the right shoulder being up, Cole knowing he Blue Thunder Bomb. 40 people in the Rumble, will be surprised if he's not one of them. I think they're still missing out on not having a NXT vs WWE Survivor Series match - Zayn, Neville, Itami, Balor and Breeze vs Kidd, Titus, Bo, Slater and Cesaro (sorry Cesaro).
-
I don't really perceive Martel as lower-card - he wasn't pushed exactly, but they didn't put Michaels over him at SummerSlam 92, he got a double count-out against undefeated Tatanka in 93.....MSG win against the Bossman & Tornado. He was a solid midcarder. Dino Bravo was a lower mid-card act.

weren't Haku and Perfect both managed by Heenan at this time?
Perfect winning the IC Title was taped April 23 and aired May 19, Perfect was managed by The Genius on the April 30 SNME. So not quite, though I can't say for say for sure that Heenan hadn't started accompanying Perfect on house shows.

I hope they got Wade Barrett to deliver the news to UK subscribers.
Indeed, postponed until further notice. Idiots.

Look I'm cool with Sting and all that, but I can't help thinking there was a way to do that finish in a way that was more efficient and took a bit less away from Ziggler's 3 direct eliminations. I mean HHH could have just told Scott Armstrong to count the fucking pin.
