Assorted AJPW news.
Jake Lee aims to switch to a more martial art style? And will form a 3rd unit? Probably shoot based. Also Jun's been talking about Fujita here and there and mma or fighting vs wrestling. Perhaps him vs Fujita? Aoki dissed his challengers Nakajima and kotaru.
Jun Vs Omori for the tv title.

Marufuji said the walls dividing AJPW and Noah might break down on the Marufuji big show. Marufuji wants to be a double crown champ and hold the belt Misawa had (Triple crown).

Ntv doesn't own a stake of the new Noah ltd. But owns all the footage of both ltds that showed up on Gplus.
They're not worried about Noah leaving like they with old AJPW. They had a stake of the old bankrupt AJPW ltd to stop them from getting a better channel.

Roman is the foreseeable ace until they get a suitable replacement. But even then he is booked as not being able to win the top title. Interesting thing is nobody can beat Brock and Roman can only nearly beat him. Kinda makes Rybacks old statement of no more real top acts but the brand true.

Noah's bad blood with NJPW stems from the Noah crew doing the sale to estbee behind NJPW's back. NJPW owned a small part of the old Noah ltd. When it was sold to the new ltd..the trademarks and etc moved to estbee, while the old ltd was made defunct which NJPW partly owned. NJPW wanted NOAH as a sub-brand. But without the aid of Bushiroad.

AJP is only bothering to sign new rookies now. They have 4 that might pass in the dojo. They also seem to hire one outside junior a year.
The Mutoh era had a bigger roster of natives and more gaijin but it was expensive maintaining and lot of times late pay or they would give the wrestlers tickets instead. Jun doesn't want that to happen again.
The only reason Shuji isn't signed because of his dates with other Feds.

Noah and AJPW are putting aside their bad blood. Jake Lee has left Nextream. I expected Zeus to lose block B.
I'm not sure but seems like Marufuji wants Kawada to come out of retirement. But anyway Kawada will be at the Marufuji show. (Not wrestling though) There will be another Holy War Show and the first one will show up on tv later.

Zack is taller than Omega so he might win. Then Naito beats Zack.
kidani prefers taller guys even they look like juniors weight wise. But it might be possible Okada only drops it to Naito again. Then back to Okada.

- Joe Doering is great. Dude came in as a generic power wrestler, got saddled with the crappiest gimmick (some kind of Uber-gaijin, part Hansen and part Brody), and comes back from a brain tumor (or something?) to be the best North American wrestler AJ has had in years and years. His moves look painful as hell, and his cross body is the bestest.
- The tag match with Yuji Hino was mostly there to express to fans that they best not mess with Yuji Hino. Kinda unnecessary, since if you look at Yuji Hino, you understand right away that he is not one to mess with.
- Yuji Hino's tattoo says "Hino," and I wonder if it's there in case he gets amnesia following a concussion
- Last thing about Hino: his bellybutton is hypnotic
- How long has Kai been doing death matches? His torso is ugly as hell
- I think Nakanashi and Nagata joined Hagura IGF, so yeah, if there's a invasion in AJ's future, it's gonna suck.
- Though I'd still buy Nagata as a main eventer, obviously.
Not sure what happens with the CC now. Could make sense to just give Kento the super push and have him win that too, then defend against someone who beat him in the league (like Hino please). However, I could see Akiyama, Suwama, or Marufuji.
Also be down for a out-of-left field winner, like Zeus, or just going right back to Joe.
Nagata and Nakanshi are part of old stable called team Japan along with Fujita and Kendo. Kai grew up with FMW and did some deathmatches while back. But his chest was already pelted by AJPW guys and Go years ago. I'm not sure Zeus will ever win the TC, he is basically Gotoh/Yone of AJPW.
Anyway in news, Mutoh surgery is a sucess and he will come back to the ring.
