Attica! Attica!

Michael Chandler is a beast. A beast that sadly just signed a long term contract with Bellator.
Ben Askren is living, breathing ratings death.
-
The ref stopped the fight because he was tired of watching it!
-
Bellator just announced Rampage Jackson vs. Tito Ortiz for Nov. 2nd on their PPV debut.

For some reason the UFC is setting up Jake Shields vs. Demian Maia. I guess they don't want to believe that Maia exists at 170.
-
pretty much Sonnen is their leading candidate for every fight at this point. he's more marketable than the other 95% of the roster combined.
Except for the fact that he doesn't really bring the ratings like Dana and Meltzer wish he did.
-
The Countdown show was great and had lots of good info regarding the Korean Zombie.
-
UFC teased Belfort vs. Sonnen at UFC 168 on UFC Tonight. No, I'm not kidding. UFC already lining up Sonnen's next headlining fight even before he loses his next one.
-
Also, over/under on the number of guys on the prelims who miss weight?
Final number is two.
-
Can't wait for the boos and hearing "And the winner by split decision..."
-
Forgot that Silva/Lima and Leone/Baca are Bantamweight tournament matches.
Also, over/under on the number of guys on the prelims who miss weight?
-
So does anybody care about Bellator on here? This is definitely one of the more solid cards they've put together this year. Well, besides the King Mo gift tournament. Of note on the prelims is Bubba Jenkins, former NCAA champ who many expect to be a standout in the next few years.

Yeah, GSP is safe. Johnson definitely does more than him.
-
Early numbers have only 2 million people tuning in. Maybe that is for the best as the less people exposed to MacDonald/Ellenberger, the better.

Yeah, DVDR lives. Sadly, sprewell rimz was swallowed up by the internet though.
-
Lawler looked real good. Expect him to never be matched up against Rory (the way they shoved him down the audiences throats to night was really bad). On the undercard, Melvin looked great (although hearing Danzig cry in pain was rough) and Jorge Masvidal impressed.
-
The Juggernaut? Jesus, Jake, you let us all down.
-
LOL @ saying Vitor loses to Sonnen, Okami and Munoz. Jesus Juice Vitor smashes them all.
-
Good gawd, who wants that fight? And, sadly, Dana doesn't think Vitor has earned a title shot since losing to Anderson (despite him having the best wins at middleweight).
-
It also doesn't help when no one knows who the hell the challenger is. John Moraga's two previous fights on the UFC were literally the opening bouts on the each show. He went from curtain jerker to main event.
-
Meltzer reports that UFC 161: Evans vs. Henderson did 150,000 buys, setting the all-time low for PPVs since 2005. Also, he pulled one of his classic Meltzer moves by readjusting UFC 162 from 800,000 buys to 550,000 buys. Eh, what's 250,000 here or there?
-
In today's "where the hell do I put this news?" department, Spike/Bellator have plans to do a Rampage vs. Roy Jones, Jr. boxing match.
-
Rory has X-pac heat. No one is going to buy a show to watch him lose.

Mo had no choice but to go to Bellator. Zuffa fired him, remember?
