  3. Because of Christmas, it was just taped.

The show opens with Roman Reigns vs. Kevin Owens in a steel cage match. Owens has hit Reigns with everything he’s got including a powerbomb and a stunner, but can’t get Reigns down for three. Owens has also kicked out of a Superman Punch, so he looks quite strong. Owens was about to win, but Jey Uso interferes and handcuffs him to the cage. Reigns is then able to walk out of the door and wins. Owens calls him a little b—” afterward.

Charlotte and Asuka are up next. Bayley interrupts, and then comes out Sasha Banks & Bianca Belair. Carmella enters the fray and Baymella is reunited. The match is now a triple threat elimination match for the belts: Carmella & Bayley vs. Sasha Banks & Bianca Belair vs. Charlotte Flair & Asuka. Bayley & Carmella are the first eliminated as Banks pins Bayley. Charlotte & Asuka are able to retain after Flair pins Belair.

Sami Zayn backstage gets a gift from Street Profits! It’s a shirt that says, “I was the Intercontinental Champion.”

Daniel Bryan gets attacked on his way to ring by Jey Uso before their match. However, the match continues. Bryan manages to make a comeback and wins.

The final match of the night is the IC title match between Sami Zayn and Big E. All the lumberjacks are from SmackDown … except for Angel Garza, who is here for some reason. Corbin and other heels attack Big E during the bout. Zayn keeps trying to leave but the babyface lumberjacks stop him. Brawl breaks out between lumberjacks and Zayn makes a run for it but Apollo Crews stops him. Big E hits a Big Ending to win the Intercontinental Championship. Babyfaces hoist up Big E to end the show and everyone celebrate

  4. Because of the Christmas thing, they just taped it. here it is:

Kevin Owens came out for a promo. Before he even got started, Mojo Rawley interrupted. They have a No DQ match.

Kevin Owens b. Mojo Rawley in 7:00.

Owens won after a Stunner and a Pop-up Powerbomb through a table. Owens called Rawley a “little bitch” afterwards and called out Seth Rollins and AOP.

Drew McIntyre defeated Zack Ryder (w/ Curt Hawkins) in 2:00.

Squash. McIntyre won with the Claymore Kick, and attacked Ryder with his old Future Shock DDT after the match, as well as another Claymore on Hawkins. McIntyre cut a genuinely funny promo afterward. He promised that 2020 belongs to him.

Becky Lynch cut a simple promo calling out Asuka. Asuka came out with Kairi Sane. She cut a rough promo in English and then a great one in Japanese. “Asuka Two-Belts” is her goal. Becky replied with “any time, any place” in Japanese.

Styles pinned Orton with the Phenomenal Forearm. They are now 1-1.

Erick Rowan defeated a local competitor in 1:00.

The jobber gave Rowan a candy cane to distract him while he went for Rowan’s cage. Rowan attacked on the outside and pinned the jobber after two claw chokeslams. Still no hint of what’s under Rowan’s canvas.

Rusev came out to a great reaction. Only Orton got a bigger reaction than him all night. He cut a promo on Bobby Lashley, saying he’s thrilled that Lashley’s marrying Lana because he can’t imagine a worse punishment. No Way Jose came out for their match with the conga line.

Rusev defeated No Way Jose in 0:30.

Rusev won with the Machka Kick, and they danced together afterwards.

Rey Mysterio (c) defeated Seth Rollins (w/ AOP) via disqualification in 8:00 to retain the WWE United States title.

Rey hit the 619 but AOP interfered during the splash attempt, causing the DQ.

Afterwards, the heels beat down Rey and cleared the announce table to put him through it. Samoa Joe, who had been doing commentary, stood up to them, ready for a fight. He’s officially turned babyface. AOP then attacked and overwhelmed Joe with the numbers advantage.

Seth then hit the stomp on Rey in the stage, and AOP put Joe through the announcer’s table with their combo powerbomb. Joe looked like he hit his head on the support portion of the table — really nasty

    * The Miz comes out with a Christmas-themed edition of MizTV. Miz outs over the 2018 that SmackDown had and then introduced Shane McMahon, calling him his bestie. Shane talks about how the McMahon Family will listen to the fans from h ere on out, and that new Superstars are on their way to the main roster. Miz asks why can’t he and Shane be tag team partners now that SmackDown has 4 members of the family running the show. Miz also put himself over. Miz ran down his week and comments on how that still wasn’t enough to impress Vince McMahon, saying nothing is enough for Vince but Vince was impressed by Shane at the World Cup tournament. Miz says tagging with Shane is something to be proud of. Miz puts Shane on the spot, telling him to listen to what the fans want like he claimed. Fans respond with a mixed reaction but Shane agrees to tag with Miz. They stand together and raise the World Cup trophy at once. Miz leads a “yes!” chant to end the segment. They then shook hands and played to the crowd off-camera

This was a fairly quick back & forth match with no one taking the lead for too long until Hardy rallied the crowd. Jeff came back and hit some of his signature moves, then lead a “delete!” chant. Joe avoided the Whisper In the Wind and rolled to the floor. Hardy jumped from the apron and kicked Joe on the floor, beating him up for the count out. After the match, Jeff took Joe to the announce table and prepared for a Twist of Fate. Joe smirked as he left to the back

    * Rusev defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to become the new WWE United States Champion. The match starts off fast and sees Nakamura get offense on the outside. Rusev with massive suplexes when they come back in the ring. Lots of back and forth action mid-match, they also go back to the floor. Nakamura misses a Kinshasa and eats a superkick. Rusev can’t get The Accolade in but Nakamura puts him in a triangle choke. Rusev turns that into a powerbomb. They trade pin attempts, roll-ups and more counters. They trade Kinshasa and superkick attempts again. Nakamura can’t knock Rusev down and Rusev responds with a big clothesline. * That was the end of the show, it seemed short. No AJ Styles, Rey Mysterio or Randy Orton or women's match either, among others

  8. Sounds like a good show, Nikki Cross debuts.

    Quote

Shane McMahon and Paige are out first, with the World Cup trophy in the ring. Shane is roundly booed, Paige wildly cheered... mission accomplished! The GM referring to the commissioner as the “Best in the World” gets a CM Punk chant. Shane says he may not be the Best in the World and admits he acted impulsively at Crown Jewel. The trophy belongs to SmackDown, not to him.

    - Daniel Bryan is announced as the captain of SmackDown’s men’s team. Miz comes out shortly after that reveal, wearing a suit and limping a bit to sell his injury from Riyadh. Miz wants to be captain, and Shane agrees? They’re co-captains!

    - Two matches announced for later: Rey Mysterio vs. Andrade Almas, and New Day vs. The Usos with the winner getting to captain a Survivor Series tag team-team.

    - Backstage, Miz and Bryan both agree that Shane should be on the team. We’re supposed to get the final two members announced before the end of the show.

    - The Usos def. The New Day in what’s being called another great match in their already legendary rivalry. Jimmy & Jey will captain the blue brand’s squad. Their first act is to name New Day to the team.

    - Bryan wants to put Rey on the SS team, and Miz agrees... provided he “impresses” the A-Lister when he faces Cien later. The two captains will also each pick someone for a match later, and the winner of that match will get the final spot.

    - THE CHAMP IS HERE. Becky Lynch wants to know who the hell Ronda Rousey thinks she is to tell The Champ anything. You hold a championship, but you’re not one - yet. Lynch says she wasn’t hand picked like Ronda, but here she is. Rousey hasn’t been tested yet, but when she faces The Man, her body will be let down by her “weak” mind. Becky wants a fight tonight, and she’s gonna get one... NIKKI CROSS IS HERE! She’s out with SAnitY for a non-title match.

    - Becky Lynch def. Nikki Cross via submission with Dis-Arm-Her in ~5 minutes; some on Twitter described it as “not a squash”, others said “Yikes”, so...

    - For the final SS men’s team spot, Miz picks Samoa Joe and Bryan picks Jeff Hardy. That match is tonight, as well.

    - Shinsuke Nakamura is shown on the Titantron talking about his match with Seth Rollins.

    - Rey Mysterio def. Andrade “Cien” Almas. Almas did not have Zelina Vega with him for what was said to be a good match.

    - Randy Orton shows up to RKO Rey afterwards. Miz confirms Mysterio is on the team.

    - Paige will reveals the women’s team later. She also announces a (likely dark match) main event of Miz & Orton vs. Bryan & AJ Styles.

    - AJ cuts a promo on Brock from the ‘tron.

    - The SmackDown Women’s Survivor Series team is...Carmella, Naomi, Sonya Deville, Asuka and Charlotte Flair. Charlotte doesn’t come out, instead we get Mandy Rose wanting to know why she’s been overlooked. This leads to a staredown between Mandy and Sonya, but no Charlotte.

    - Samoa Joe def. Jeff Hardy via submission with a Coquina Clutch in “relatively short order” to claim the final SS spot.

    - Bryan is out, I guess to congratulate/confirm Joe as a teammate, and they end up brawling with DB getting the best of it. Miz comes out and gets involved, which brings out Shane to break things up. McMahon ends up being taken out by Bryan, and that’s the show.

  9. It just happened.

    Quote

The show begins with the whole locker room on the stage, and security is around the ring as Baron Corbin makes his entrance. Corbin announces he will be the captain of Team RAW at Survivor Series. He says Braun Strowman, Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler will also join him. Alexa Bliss will captain the ladies’ team, but she will manage them and not compete due to injury. Kurt Angle comes out and says he wants a spot on Team RAW, and it’s announced Corbin will face Angle, with the winner being team captain. Corbin ends up running away from Strowman after he [Strowman] beats up some of the security guards to end the segment.

Riott Squad vs Bayley, Sasha Banks & Natalya
    – It was stated that the winning team would earn spots on the Women’s Survivor Series team, but the match ended without a clear winner. Natalya wore sunglasses belonging to her father, the late Jim Neidhart, and Ruby broke them.

    Apollo Crews defeated Jinder Mahal

Seth Rollins came out to address his situation with Dean Ambrose, but Baron Corbin ended up making him defend the titles instead of forfeit them.

    RAW Tag Team Championship
AOP defeated Seth Rollins (c) to WIN the titles
    – Ambrose teased telling Rollins why he attacked him, but ended up hitting Dirty Deeds

Dolph Ziggler comes out and says he was robbed at Crown Jewel, then he is interrupted by Elias, who sings a song.

    Elias defeated Dolph Ziggler
    – Elias won with the Drift Away

Ronda Rousey comes out for a promo and the fans chant for Becky Lynch, so Ronda gives her props. Ronda then says Becky might be ‘The Man’, but she’s the baddest bitch on the planet.

    Nia Jax defeated Ember Moon
    – Nia won a squash match, then Tamina came out and they both attacked Ember and embraced, seemingly turning Nia heel.

The main event is changed to Drew McIntyre versus Kurt Angle after Baron Corbin runs away from Braun Strowman and escapes in a car. Before speeding away, he put Drew in the main event.

Before he leaves, he puts Drew McIntyre in the main event in his place

    Bobby Lashley defeated Finn Balor
    – Rush gets involved, leading to Lashley picking up the win. Drew McIntyre has a staredown with Lashley, then helps Balor up and drops him with a Claymore kick.
Dolph returns, and he and McIntyre head back into the ring where Angle’s still recovering. That brings the return of Strowman. He saves Kurt from the two-on-one, and he and Drew trade offense. Braun gets the last shot in and stands tall.

  10. Haven't seen these turn up here, so this is what happened.

    Quote

Machine Gun Kelly performed multiple songs. JBL returned to do commentary with Michael Cole and Byron Saxton. Sgt. Slaughter, Ricky Steamboat and Mark Henry were in attendance, along with Triple H and Vince McMahon.

This may not be the broadcast order of matches - Raw’s stars were apparently on first so they could leave as quickly as possible for their flights to the Middle East for this weekend’s tour.

  11. It's in England so it just happened.  I miss spoilers.

    Quote

Matt Hardy def. Curt Hawkins (Main Event)

    - Gallows and Anderson def. Heath Slater and Rhyno (Main Event)

    - Miz TV with Kurt Angle (Curtis Axel is selling last week’s attack with a neck brace); the GM apologized for what happened to Daniel Bryan last week, but said he had nothing to do with it. Miz didn’t believe him, and was upset Axel didn’t get an apology. That led to Kurt making a non-title Miz vs. Braun Strowman match for later on in the show.

    - Jason Jordan def. Elias in a guitar-on-a-pole match after smashing him in the face with the instrument; Elias got the guitar down first, but JJ took it away from him

    - Backstage segment with Angle talking to Cesaro and Sheamus; this sets up a tag title match for later

    - Asuka def. an enhancement talent

    - Samoa Joe vs. Finn Bálor ends in a double countout after a long match due to the longtime foes brawling outside; They’re separated by security on the ramp, then Angle comes out and says that’s the kind of fire he wants on his team, names both guys to Raw’s Survivor Series squad

    - Fox says she wants Banks on her Survivor Series team, but doesn’t say anything about The Hugster

    - Miz vs. Braun Strowman becomes a one vs. all battle. Strowman takes out The Miztourage and then here comes KANE! Braun slips out of a chokeslam and hits the running powerslam, but Kane sits up. All four heels attack, but The Monster Among Men fights them all off to stand tall.

    - Renee Young talks to Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins about their title defense

    - Enzo Amore is here for a promo about his championship defense at the PPV. His opponent Kalisto is out, taking a seat at ringside. The GM appears to announce that Amore is wrestling tonight - against UK champ Pete Dunne! It’s the Bruiserweight’s Raw debut.

    - Pete Dunne def. Enzo Amore via pinfall following Bitter End; Kalisto raised Dunne’s arm after the match.

    - Mahal, KO, Corbin def. Orton, Styles, Zayn when Jinder pins the champ after Orton hits an RKO on Owens

  13. The announcers clearly didn't know the Alexis arm thing was gonna happen, cuz they freaked out too. But it is strange she has no wrestling chemistry with Becky. they were missing moves left and right.

Surprised they were pulling the trigger on Randy Orton, but they have him turning on the Wyatt's on the house shows of late. They couldn't delay that much longer.

Corbin has started to learn, working with A.J. and Dolph has been helping him.

I thought the Luchadora was gonna be Tamina Snuka, but the eye's and nose don't match up. wasn't her.

  14. Quote

    4. Bayley pinned Dana Brooke. A quick match. Bayley won with the Bayley to Belly, then cuddled with the dog.

Enzo Amore and Big Cass came out. He said they will turn Kevin Owens and Rusev red, white, black, and blue.

    6. Roman Reigns and Big Cass (w/Enzo Amore) defeated Kevin Owens and Rusev (w/Lana). Lana attacked Enzo. Cass went on a rampage on both heels. Roman hit the Superman Punch on Owens and then speared Rusev for the win to close the show.

Apollo Crews beat the Miz? But sounds like a good show.

  15. The Owens/Rollins match was damn good. That dive was insane. although it made no sense to ban Jericho/Reigns from ringside if the match was no DQ.

They said Goldberg is gonna be #1 in the Rumble, he's in for a long ass night if he's not eliminated early. He better hope his body holds up. I wonder if Lesnar is gonna make an appearance.

Braun Stroman beating the crap out of Sami Zayn was crazy, but Sami's selling was great.

  16. I enjoyed most of it, But not as much as NXT Takeover the night before. They did to these cruisers what they did to the cruisers the first time around. Having the Heavyweights squash them whenever they need heat.

After the last few Lesnar squash PPV's I guess Karma finally caught up to Lesnar. More than likely another match up down the road. Where Goldberg really does get killed. Or unless they redirect Goldberg toward HHH.

Team SmackDown kicks off the show with Shane McMahon, Baron Corbin, Dean Ambrose, Luke Harper, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt and WWE World Champion AJ Styles. James Ellsworth is also there for a pop. He's announced as the SmackDown mascot for Survivor Series. Shane makes Wyatt, Harper and Orton vs. Ellsworth, Ambrose and Corbin for tonight

    * Naomi defeated Natalya with Nikki Bella on commentary. The finish saw Naomi roll Natalya up after Carmella came down and argued with Nikki at ringside

    * Backstage with Ambrose and Ellsworth. Baron Corbin has informed Shane he's not working tonight's main event. Shane makes Corbin vs. Kalisto and puts Kane in the main event.

    * Corbin vs. Kalisto never starts as Corbin attacks before the bell. Corbin falls from the apron and clutched his knee, leading to Kalisto working the knee over to end the segment. Referees checked on Corbin

    * There was a big promo for tonight's Women's Title Match.

    * Daniel Bryan and Shane are backstage. Corbin suffered an injury and is off Survivor Series. His replacement will be announced later

    * SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch retained over Alexa Bliss by submission. There was some controversy as Alexa's feet were on the ropes

    * Kalisto vs. The Brian Kendrick for the Cruiserweight Title is announced for Survivor Series. If Kalisto wins, the cruiserweight division leaves RAW and comes to SmackDown

    * Curt Hawkins defeated Apollo Crews with a handful of tights

    * Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Randy Orton defeated Dean Ambrose, Kane and James Ellsworth when Wyatt hit Sister Abigail on Ellsworth

    * We go to Shane and Bryan backstage. Shane reveals he will be the final member of Team SmackDown, replacing Baron Corbin. SmackDown ends

Not surprised they're looking at transferring the cruiserweights to smackdown.

  18. Since it's in Scotland it's already taped:

Commissioner Stephanie McMahon has the four members of Raw’s men’s Survivors Series team in the ring (everyone is cheered except Reigns, who gets heavily booed). She says she’s going to reveal the fifth member and out comes Seth Rollins. Owens doesn't want Seth on the team, and Rollins says he's been given assurances to get him to agree to take the spot, and says after Survivor Series, things aren't done between them. McMahon tells them they'll fight Team SmackDown like their jobs depend on it, because they do. JericKO and Rollins/Reigns argue, and it comes to blows. That sets up an announcement by Steph of a five-way main event between all the members of the team.

    - Cruiserweight action sees the debut of Noam Dar on Raw (who comes out to big ICW chants). He & champion Brian Kendrick lose to Rich Swann & Sin Cara. Swann pinned the champ again. Afterwards, Kendrick berated Dar, who then beatdown the champ. The post-match stuff may have just been to placate the hometown crowd after the local guy lost his debut.

Goldberg/Brock Lesnar video package plays on the TitanTron

    - Backstage segment - it's announced Stephanie has been invited to SmackDown tomorrow by her brother. Sami Zayn is there, which annoys Steph. She doesn't understand why Mick Foley told Sami he could face Dolph Ziggler in an Intercontinental championship match against Dolph Ziggler at Survivor Series. She thinks the spot should go to Rusev  - so she books a match between the two with the winner getting Dolph on Nov. 20.

    - Enzo Amore & Big Cass, Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows, Golden Truth & Sheamus & Cesaro fill out Raw's Survivor Series tag team squad. New Day address their troops in kilts; Xavier Woods has bagpipes (Francesa's cousin Agnes). The champs rally the troops with a Braveheart speech, but say The Club will stab them all in the back. That sets up a non-title match between New Day and Anderson & Gallows. The Club wins with a Magic Killer.

R-Truth traded his team's spot on the Survivor Series team for an investment in the Shining Stars time-share. Goldust is going to get it back.

    - Another Brock/Goldberg video hyping their face-to-face next week.

    - JeriKO try to recruit Strowman to their side. He says he's on Team Braun and walks off, so Jericho puts him on THE LIST (again).

    - Golden Truth def. Shining Stars to reclaim the final spot on the Raw team.

    - Shane & Daniel Bryan will be on Raw next week.

    - Michael Cole is out to run down the rules of Survivor Series-type matches and introduce the women's team: Charlotte, Bayley, Nia Jax and Alicia Fox. Charlotte tries to cut a promo inroducing the fifth member, but was completely derailed by a long, loud rendition of the "Hey Bayley, will you be my girl" chant. She teases introducing Dana Brooke as the last member, but Cole says it's Sasha Banks.

The chant continues into the set-up of a trios match, but eventually dies down. Alicia, Bayley & Sasha def. Charlotte, Dana & Nia when Bayley hits her finisher on the champ.

    - Lana with a minor botch (calling Scotland "America") during her intro for Rusev. His bad night continued when Sami Zayn defeated him and earned the IC title match against Dolph at Survivor Series.

Roman Reigns vs Kevin Owens vs Chris Jericho vs Braun Stroman vs Seth Rollins  Owens gets superman punched and falls on Jericho for the pin. This concluded the taping.

*Seth Rollins & Kevin Owens defeated Dean Ambrose & Sami Zayn in the main event.
