I'll have mine for you tonight/tomorrow morning. It's gonna be kinda rough, but it'll do.
-
Man, I'm so out of the loop I didn't even realize this was happening. I'll try to put something together.
-
Do we have any kind of timeline on this? I haven't, uh, started.
-
Any idea when this will likely hit Youtube? Or what channel to be keeping an eye on?

Phil, if you want to send me the spreadsheet, I'll add those other ballots to it.
-
Could be Con Air, man.
If I'd voted with my heart, it'd be top 10.
-
I voted for Con Air... though it was somewhat lower than I'd probably put it if I redid my ballot today. Surprised it didn't crack 100 points, though.
-
Off the top of my head... Rushmore, Ed Wood, The Insider, L.A. Confidential and Glengarry Glen Ross dropping so much. I won't comment on the stuff gaining popularity that I've found questionable, but there have been a number that made me scratch my head. Comparing the two lists, some of the stuff that is about to replace those in the top 25.
-
I like the tastes of the original voters better.

Neither Patterson or Roosevelt thinks Nero did it. Patterson is leveraging the fact that he doesn't know that against him to get to the club, and Roosevelt is letting it play out, but keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn't go too far.
-
took a look at the old list....The two people that voted Shawshank #1 last time DIDN'T VOTE THIS TIME.
Take away those 2 first place votes and it drops all the way 5th place.
-
There's not even a tiny chance that Casino didn't make the list, dude. Some of you guys don't think very rationally.
-
Shawshank finished third, with 2 number 1 votes last time. You're insane if you think it's outside the top 10.
-
I don't know about that. Listen to Barbeau's rant again. The argument she gives as to why Venus can't raise the kid is the same argument Jax has been having with himself about his kids and about his own father for six years. He was essentially shooting his own conscience.

Though I will double check my drives at home and make sure I don't have the spreadsheet hidden somewhere.
-
I had a bunch of the original ballots in an old inbox. Phil, I just e-mailed you a spreadsheet with a few guys that were pretty involved in the original that don't appear to have voted this time. Perhaps a combined listing, minus the pageantry?

Winnipagan

Some of these folks might be posting under different names now (not Paco and odessa obviously) but if you have any of their's floating around - shoot them too me.
Not seeing any of them. I know a handful of folks ignored the rules that I clearly spelled out and sent theirs via PM. Now that the board has blown up, they may be lost to time.
-
I wish I had JT's original ballot, so we could compare and contrast. He must have PMed it to me, because it's not in my e-mail.

Some very different tastes among the voting pool this time.
-
What the fuck. Ed Wood.
-
Well, Bobby just brought back some bodies for the table. I'm guessing that means Juice isn't long for the world. The rat was only alive out of necessity.

Last night was by far the best of the season so far. Finally feels like SOA.

118) FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS
1998 - 350 Points - 8 Votes (Highest Vote: #34 New Blood)DIRECTOR: Terry GilliamSTARRING: Johnny Depp, Benicio Del Toro, Tobey MaguirePlacement On Original List: #79 (8 Votes)NOTE FROM RIPPA - Hollinger lost his high vote crown. Blame him for the drop. (Though in all seriousness, he was still the 2nd vote).Looking at my ballot, the 4 I've got lined up between his spot and mine are all basically fluid. I should have paid more attention to my previous ballot.

Not really on-topic but I wanted to post it here, because the horror fans will be checking this thread out:
Anybody here have the Ginger Snaps Collectors Edition BD/DVD combo pack from Scream Factory that would be willing to part with the DVD half of that package? It appears to be the only real option for a good transfer of the film, and I figure that most who bought it are only really in need of the BD.
Shoot me a message on here if you can help me out. I'll gladly pay postage + whatever you deem fair for the disc.
Thanks!
