My $.02 regarding this thread: I hate hate hate the phrase "winged eagle." There's no other kind, folks. Also, as far as the AWA belt goes, I prefer the one that looks like it was designed by Slartibartfast. Finally, I always thought that WCW '91 abomination was originally the belt for Dusty's PWF. Carry on.

Somebody help a brother out. There's a picture from Cauliflower Alley years ago of (I think) Lou Thesz and John Tolos, but in the background Dave Meltzer, complete with mullet and pornstache, is striking a Dracula-like pose. It made me laugh uproariously when I saw it, but sadly I can't find it now. Can someone please hook me up?

My laptop runs Windows 7. I'd been using iTunes but I don't like the latest version (and in any case I don't have an iPod anymore). I've tried MediaMonkey, Winamp, and Foobar2000 and I dislike them all for various reasons. Years ago I used Musicmatch and I liked it but I can't seem to get it to run on this machine. Any suggestions?

As with Axl Rotten, I'm shocked to learn that Balls was younger than I am.
(Also, it always amused me the way the Aptermags would list him as "B. Mahoney" and eventually just "Mahoney.")

I'm far from a TNA apologist, but we've been saying that for YEARS and TNA has constantly been the cockroach that survives a nuclear apocalypse. I don't think Eric Young and Bobby Roode will be the reason they close up shop. It doesn't help, but it won't be the reason.
True, but it's like the Abrams UWF. They started out with a lot of big name talent and ended up with a babyface called Death Row 3280.*
*I don't remember the number exactly, but the point is that he was a babyface.
