Some of the people with a negative opinion of this show have very good points, but they are being drowned out by all the idiots who say things like "randy boreton" and "I haven't watch the show in months, but this angle sucks!"Seriously, if you haven't watched the fucking show could you post anywhere else besides the RAW DISCUSSION THREAD.

BUT WHAT ABOUT REV AND HIS OPINIONZ4U? THEY MUST BE HEARD!!!!

This new board is fucking me up. I read this and said, "What the hell? Rev hasn't even posted, it's been that Bald Bombshell dude." before I figured it out. Note: I've had the same issue with Victator and Phantom Lord.

  2. Where is Punk in this angle? Punks whole gimmick is that he is anti-authority. His character is one who would get fired over principle. Unfortunately for Bryan, Punk lives in a vacuum with Heyman and Curtis Axel and is seemingly unaware that any of this is happening. That’s what I tell myself to explain why Punk is not involved and why he is the only wrestler not required to show up on the stage during the main event.

    He's on Earth-2.

  3. YOU On Demand Announces Appointment of Weicheng Liu as CEO; Shane McMahon Remains Chairman

NEW YORK, July 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- YOU On Demand Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: YOD) ("YOU On Demand" or the "Company"), the first national Video On Demand (VOD) platform in China, is pleased to announce that Mr. Weicheng Liu, in conjunction with the recently announced closing of the strategic investment from Chinese mobile video service provider C Media ("C Media"), was appointed as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Shane McMahon, who voluntarily stepped down as CEO of the Company, will continue to serve as YOD's principal executive officer of and Chairman of the Board.

Commenting on the announcement, Mr. McMahon said, "Weicheng has been instrumental in YOU On Demand's initial success and has done a wonderful job as the Company's China-based CEO. As our operations and footprint continue to expand throughout China, it is essential that the role of the CEO be located within the PRC for both strategic and operational reasons. Weicheng is both a remarkable person and leader and I look forward to continuing to build the YOU On Demand brand with him. With Weicheng's new role, along with C Media's strategic investment in the company and their expertise in the market, I am very excited about the future for YOU On Demand."

Mr. Liu stated, "I am very excited and appreciative to have been named as CEO of YOU On Demand. Along with many others in the Company, Shane and I have worked very hard over the past three years in creating YOU On Demand and I am very optimistic about our future success. We have tremendous potential to continue our creation of a unique, multi-tiered distribution platform that will deliver a wide array of entertainment content. The Chinese media market is changing quickly and we are focused on continuing to adapt in order to best serve its consumers.

  4. Video packages are something WWE has ALWAYS done well. Even when the rest of the company is shit. I was always impressed when they had a Wrestlemania highlights package play at the end of Wrestlemania. It still stuns me how they got the last match in there.

"Running Up That Hill" is the best one they've ever done. They also had a short Johnny Cash one for that same match.

Here's a personal favorite because of how it made Umaga look:

  5. The only thing that comes to mind was when she was gonna team up with Zach Gowen to fight Big Show and telling some creepy story about how Vince would pimp her out to his business associates.

    This would be it.
I have no recollection of this at all, but it sounds really, really fucked up. I must see it.

Are any of the Marvel animated shows of the past few years worth catching up on? I know there was Super Hero Squad, Ultimate Spider-Man, at least one Avengers show (I think maybe two), Wolverine & the X-Men, and now Hulk and Agents of SMASH. Any of them come close to the X-Man Animated Series of the early 90's?

Why are you asking that here instead of the action cartoons thread (ie DC and Marvel animated series and movies)?

W&tX is probably better than the 90s series though you may dislike the changes they made and it is a bit short lived at one season. Spectacular Spider-man is generally beloved. Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes has a fantastic first season. The second season remains quite good for the first half and falls in quality afterword due to Loeb and Man of Action taking control.

Ultimate Spider-man is generally hated though I think its ok, just not for adults. Avengers Assemble is the other Avengers series you're thinking of. Its perfectly fine though nothing special. Hulk: Agents of SMASH plays a similar not to serious style like AA and USM. That said its a bit easier to enjoy since Paul Dini is the one writing.

Watched little Wolverine and the X-Men unlike X-Men from the 1990's so  it would be unfair of me to compare them. Agree with you on Spectacular Spider-Man, I easily rate it as the best adaptation of the original material either on film or TV. i also agree with you about Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Don't like Ultimate Spider-Man at all. Haven't seen Avengers Assemble or Hulk: Agents of SMASH.

Bummer. Spectacular Spider-Man is not available on Netflix Streaming. But Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Wolverine & the X-Men are. I'll get on them soon.

Since Raul Julia was already mentioned, Orson Welles in that Transformers cartoon.

Transformers: The Movie is great. And the Street Fighter movie sucked, but man did Raul Julia give it all he had.

That's an interesting point. The topic didn't say "worst movies", it said "worst roles". And Raul was damn good as Bison. Even though everything around him was utter dogshit.

And I vote Big McLargehuge gets the banhammer for that Transformers comment.

Bah weep gragnah weep nini bong!
