>>> “It’s hard to imagine a piece that is more categorically untrue, and is clearly part of a well-funded, two-year misinformation campaign to coerce the sale of the team, which will continue to be unsuccessful,” the team said, via Ben Standig of TheAthletic.com.

I don't particularly like the idea of larger bases, unless they increased the size outward from the base path & home plate. The two sides on the outside edges could be increased by 2 inches, instead of increasing 1 inch on all four sides. That way the offense wouldn't be given any advantage. Thou, it would mean that 1st & 3rd would overlap the foul line slightly.

I originally bought tickets to see this back in 2019 to see in 2020. That got quashed in the pandemic. It was then postponed to January of this year. That got quashed due to the Omicron virus. I finally got to see the show (which is the final show of the tour) last night and it was amazing. There were special surprise appearances by Lena Hall (Yitzhak in the Broadway production) and Mason Alexander Park (Desire in The Sandman), who should play the role next time there's a revival. Rufus Wainwright was sitting one row up and over from me.
I'm so jealous.
One of the most transcendent performances I've ever experienced was John Cameron Mitchell a few years ago during a CVB/Cracker mini-fest at the 40 Watt Club.
People were losing their shit. Folks who had never heard of JCM were asking afterwards "What the fuck was that?".

Who did, "Hey, that black guy has blonde hair" as a gimmick better: "The Natural" Butch Reed, or "The Gold Standard" Shelton Benjamin?
the answer is Dusty Rhodes

Told ya he’d carry the Sixiers
Jimmy knew he was taking the team on his back when Jimmy got a steal and Harden was literally the only one they went back on defense and he actually prevented Jimmy from scoring
I think this is what you meant

I had no idea Brian Bosworth (a contemporary of Bo Jackson who kinda flopped in the NFL) ever made movies but this looks absolutely batshit insane incredible.
the "How Did This Get Made" podcast will be covering this film on it's next episode.

From my indie days, I came across at least a dozen dorks who thought hailing from "Intercourse, Pennsylvania" was clever...
while the towns of Blue Ball & Bird-In-Hand (which are both neighbors of Intercourse) are sadly ignored.
btw, the Amish/Menonite communities are weird AF.

To be fair, JR was forced to kill puppies with a hammer as a child. That'll mess up your mind a little.

Just watched it and my first reaction is: what kind of fucked up shit has Tommy Dreamer done?

Vince ain't your average boss. He helped cover-up a murder. A little cock twirling ain't no big thing to him.

The roles were reversed in TNA. This was during the Dr. Stevie gimmick, where he was a psychologist. This time, Raven was more the minion.
are you telling me that's not Crowbar & David Flair?

Discovered two new (to me) Xmas classics this year: SILENT PARTNER, a 1970s Canadian heist flick with Eliot Gould and Christopher Plummer, ...
Aw damn, I saw this three times in the theater (the UA Cinema behind the Parkway Plaza mall in El Cajon, CA) and thought it was the best movie i ever saw, right behind "Love at First Bite" (which we also saw three times ((once twice in a row))). One of the first movies we had delivered by Netflix, along with Don Coscarelli's "Kenny & Company". I still love it.

Why is it $175 for a Covid test? This country sucks.
Out of recent concern, I want to. But holy shit is that ridiculous.
A few months ago i thought i had symptoms and was able to get a free test the next day. Took about 10 minutes. I got the results (negative) 2 days later.
You should google free covid tests in your area.
Even if you don't actually have symptoms, you shouldn't feel bad about lying about it.
