The LGBT wrestler Charlie Morgan also alleged during the Speaking Out period that Saraya Knight and others in the family practised violent homophobic hazing and other sleazy, abusive stuff against her and other trainees, kind of grim having this gaggle of wretched cunts paraded at stuff like this as like a funny embarrassing UK soap opera family tbh!

They run a yearly Pride show, have numerous 'out' performers on their roster and no complaints ever came to anything. But people jump on the first source they find which is why it's become trendy to dump on them. Zack Knight is one of the nicest people I've ever met and I wish nothing but the best for him and hope he ends up in AEW permanently. He deserves it on talent alone.

I was also at the show, I SAW STING in the REAL LIFE~! It was amazing. Moxley getting skewers stuck in him like Sonic was 5*. A lot of the volume got lost in the air of the big stadium, the BOOMs were so loud the ground shook.

Here's comments from my casual viewer girlfriend:

    • Claudio = Tall Mark Strong
    • Moxley = Gorgeous George (From Snatch)
    • Orange Cassidy = Also a traveller
    • Luchasaurus & Penta = Ooh I love their gear/masks so much I want a mask like that
    • Adam Cole = He's so pretty, the TV makes him look much bigger he's tiny but look at his hair he's so pretty (😑.)
    • Dasha (After I basically drooled on the floor) 😑😑😑"She's ok I guess"😑😑😑
    • Jack Perry & Hook = Foetuses / They're so young but they have lovely hair.
    • Christian (After I showed her insulting everyone's dads) "I HATE HIM SO MUCH!"

  2. I know he's famous and fans are weird and I know Murica has the right to arms and all that, but still crazy to me that a tough sonuvabitch and brick shithouse would feel the need to carry a semi-auto around with him. Definite disconnect between us over the pond. I've only seen a gun in 3 places, at airports, Buckingham Palace, and at the shooting range. Can't imagine people just carrying them around anywhere.

  3. Smart booking on the women's match, protects Britt and Saraya from doing too much, gets Saraya that home town pop and shouldn't need much of a build to be a hot match.

Hopefully Stat and Athena get a place on the card... Against each other would be even nicer...

  4. Yeah, that will be a tough crowd even if she's English. I feel like Shida is an honorary Brit as she learnt our language from watching Harry Potter and the like and has an adorable Japanese/British accent because of it.

So who else is going? I'm on the pitch, currently have a spare ticket due to letdowns, will likely resale it soon.

Who are you all most looking forward to seeing?

  5. Looking over the roster you can book moments/people that definitely have to be on the Wembley show and work backwards from there to know roughly what could happen.

    • Champions: MJF, Toni (or Shida), FTR, OC, SXEChamp CM Punk should all be considered locks.
    • Acclaimed will rap if not wrestle.
    • Bryan Danielson should appear even if injured.
    • Jamie Hayter should appear even if injured.
    • Jericho will get a prominent role so 80k people can sing Judas.
    • Members of BCC are very likely to wrestle.
    • Members of the Elite are very likely to wrestle.
    • Sting is very likely to appear at least if not wrestle.
    • British wrestlers: PAC is extremely likely to have a match, Saraya & Sabian less so, but likely to appear. Ogogo even less likely.
    • Guest British wrestlers: Nigel McGuinness, ZSJ, and Will Ospreay are all damn near guaranteed to appear. Lesser known names are likely also.
    • Potential celebrity/music/sports crossover acts.
    • Likely there will be a battle royal for both men and women to get as many people on the card as possible.

Even from just the above, we can extrapolate one hell of a show.

  6. Rush/Andrade/Dralistico vs HoB when? I'd dig that at Wembley.

Also, Silver especially, but all of DO are criminally underused. Fingers crossed they can still salvage themselves to the level of the above teams. Silver could easily have been in the spot OC finds himself in. Equally good in the ring, and was at one time, equally over.

I'm about to be ridiculously house poor so can't make a bet, but would not be the least bit surprised if its Christian helping him win.

There's enough story there for them to put some meat on the bones of it.

Hook & Wardlow vs Luchasaurus and Jack Perry would butter my crumpet too. I just want some Christian singles matches though 😭

  8. Takeshita / Bandido will be my pick in the weekly poll, that German suplex counter-to-counter sequence was chef's kiss. It sucks so much that Bandido got injured, he's a stud for gutting out the rest of the match with a broken freaking wrist.

Perhaps a bit of a random question, but how do you keep track of films you want to watch? That could be either in terms of upcoming films, or even just in terms of films you come across and want to watch eventually.

In particular at the moment, I'm seeing films come up on Metacritic with high scores from the Cannes Film Festival, but I feel that I'm largely going to 'forget' about them as they come from the festival circuit into cinemas/streaming outside of the odd one here or there. That is what has sparked this question.

I use flickchart to keep track of movies I've seen and a notepad file or phone memo with list of new releases on. Then at end of year I can see how many I'm missing from said list and cry.
