It seems odd that they wouldn't have TJP and at least one of the other cruiserweight's going on the road with the Raw crew. To me it would make sense since he's the WWE Cruiserweight champion and to also help build up the division.
I'm probably biased though since I'm going to a Raw house show in October and was hoping to see a couple of them wrestle.

I didn't have very high hopes for this PPV but I was surprised at how good it was. My only complaint was the really annoying brand loyalty shit. At first I thought it would be overkill with each show getting their own PPV but if that means we don't get anymore shots of each locker room watching the main event then I'm all for it.

I'm not the biggest Ryback fan but his "The Pre-Show Stopper" belt was awesome.

I realize this is a totally lost fight before it starts, but east/west conferences are a hold over from a bygone era of travel and regional television that have no relevance whatsoever in modern sports and pretty much all north American leagues should just go to a "best teams overall" format. The only exception would be the NFL due to the 16-game schedule making the need for some smaller sectioning because every team can't play every other team. But in hockey, basketball, and to a degree baseball divisions, it's just a "thing that used to make sense".
I totally agree. I've said for years that I think the NHL playoffs would be way more interesting if it was #1vs #16, #2 vs. #15 and so on. For those complaining that you would lose out on those division rivalry matchups you could get a Montreal/Boston cup final or Philly/Pittsburgh.

My wife spoiled me again as usual. I got the Back to the Future Animated Series, Fallout 4, the third Walking Dead compendium, On Writing by Stephen King, a new St. Louis Blues hoodie, and two giant half pound peanut butter cups.

Friends, what are the sizes of the shirts like from prowrestlingtees? I usually wear a medium but sometimes a medium tshirt will stick to me like a second skin so don't know whether to order large to be on the safe side
My wife ordered me a medium New Japan shirt on there for my birthday and it fit good until I put it in the dryer and it shrunk up. If you get one hang it up to dry after the first few times you wash it.

I grew up in Southern Alberta watching Stampede Wrestling every Saturday afternoon so I was really excited to see some Stampede on the Network. I really hope they post some of Owen's & Pillman's matches from the mid 80's.

Yelp was having some fun with this episode on Twitter last night:

This bullshit is happening all over.. South Park hit it spot on. I've loved this season.
So true, here in Edmonton our Sodo Sopa is called the Ice District. I laughed pretty hard when I saw this ad for a high rise in the area.
South Park is so spot on it's scary.

I'm shocked nobody has mentioned Andre yet. My three are:
1. Andre the Giant
2. Vince McMahon
3. Ric Flair

Is that Diesel that Hart is attempting to dive on? The jacket that the other guy is wearing makes it look like Bret is doing that move to himself.

I don't think I'm going to sleep for the next week after watching this trailer for the Austrian film Goodnight Mommy.

I'm gonna get so many questions when eventually those Andre and Flair ones are standing side by side at my desk.
I was just thinking the same thing. It's totally worth it though.

Hands down the worst show I ever attended. This is really close to Jimmy Trump's pick:
WWF @ Medicine Hat, Alberta - October 11, 1992
Repo Man defeated Jim Powers
Road Warrior Animal defeated Double Trouble in a handicap match
Nailz defeated the Big Bossman
Max Moon defeated Terry Taylor
Tatanka defeated the Mountie
WWF IC Champion Davey Boy Smith defeated KamalaIt's not listed but I also remember there being a High Energy match. I remember going home really disappointed and it bothered me for days since the WWF didn't roll through southern Alberta very often and I was looking forward to this show for months. God, 1992 WWF was awful

Sooo, Undertaker waited 16 months to get revenge on Lesnar?

I know some people are complaining about the tag Chamber match but I'm not ashamed to admit that I loved it. Yes, it came across like a live video game match but who cares it was fun. Cena/Owens was match of the night though.

Blues sign Hitchcock to a one year contract. I'm.... fucking pissed man.
As a fellow Blues fan I'm not excited about the move but at least they didn't pull a San Jose and hire Peter DeBoer.

Wow, that Ric Flair Was There page is great. Here's one of my favorites:

I can log into the online version using my MyRogers account info...you should be able to also with your Shaw account. Give it a try.
I have the network through Shaw and you can log into WWE.com and access the on demand collection there. I actually like the set up because I can access the live stream through cable which means I get everything in HD without lagging and if I want to access the other stuff I simply login through the app or my laptop.
I will admit that their live stream is terrible at how much it repeats the same shows. It's basically a non-stop repeat of Total Diva's and old Tough Enough. Even on Saturday's they'll show the same episode of Saturday Night's Main Event like three times. I don't know why they show the same episodes so much on the same day.

Xavier Woods is incredible.
Crowd: "This is awesome!"
Woods: "We are well aware!"
I also loved Woods trying to get into the match after the first fall by screaming "Freebird Rule!" at the ref.

I was blogging quite frequently for a while and because of that I was asked to contribute to a well known hockey blog. I just got busy with my regular job and just stopped for a while. I've been meaning to get back into it since I really enjoyed it. I know it's not a good excuse but I'm just mentally drained by the time I get home from my job that it sadly keeps me from writing more. Yes, it's a shitty excuse.
I really like Greggulator's tip. I will definitely have to try that.

As someone who works in marketing that Bundy ad is just strange to me. I love King Kong Bundy but he seems like one of the most odd people that you could have as a spokesperson for a computer. Was Hogan or Andre not available? It was probably one of those things where the President of Vendex was friends with Bundy and he thought it would be great to have an ad campaign center around him.

I was going to post this question in the Technical Issues thread but it seems to be locked. I was going to watch some VOD tonight and it's giving me a "Blackout in effect" message on both my laptop and my iPhone. I'm in Canada and just got the network a few weeks ago and this is my first issue with this. I did a quick search on Twitter and it seems like this isn't a Canada problem since there is quite a few people with the same issue tonight. Does anybody know what's going on?
