The ratings

670,000, 0.27 18-49 demo, #3 for Friday. Seems to be settling around there. Should get a slight boost when it gets moved to TBS next year.

After the last few pages, I think it's definitely time to take a few pages to talk about ratings.

Well, let's have some good discourse then. What do we think the idea for Rampage is for the future? Do you think this is more a kin to Sunday Night Heat or are they going to try and turn this into the next SmackDown? Because it feels to me like early era Sunday Night Heat where they try to make it appointment television (which I think is possible with all the stars they have), but it's also in such a weird slot in my opinion. Friday night at 10pm til 11pm is such a hard time slot to bring in all these 18-49. If you're in college in that age, you're probably parting on a Friday night. If you are older, you may be out at the bars or getting ready for the weekend.

That's why the TBS Saturday Night show was so great.  6:05 to 8:05 you could drink some malt liquor and get ready to face the night!

Don't shows take a dip after moving channels?

This came up before, but surprisingly TBS is in slightly more homes and looks to be even better positioned for Dynamite and Rampage. Something Meltzer pointed out was that the real key to all of this is just how much the move gets promoted on TV, how much in advanced, how specific they get (turn to this channel on this provider or if you're on Sling or YTTV or whatever then you already have it), etc.

Did you even read the spoiler tag earlier in the thread as to why she, in fact, isn’t injured?

Do you realize that I am actually agreeing with you or are you just being deliberately dense?

The tweet of the footage selling an "injury" from a scripted backstage altercation obviously means that this is kayfabe and Julia's not really hurt.

I wonder how much they (all parties involved) care about the live number. Due to OnDemand viewing and DVR people watch when it convenient for them. Its not like you have to set the VCR anymore

I just hope with the move to TBS it allows Rampage to be on at either 8 or 9 instead of 10.  That would selfishly allow us to watch it live without having to wait the next day.  And I think there's been some pretty good matchups but it'd help if they build up feuds on Dark and/or Elevation with the big match being on Rampage.  For example the Swole/Diamante feud that's been going a couple months.  Do a promo reel on Dynamite to hype it up and that would hopefully help build enough interest for their Rampage.

Don't think they are ready or willing to go head to head with Smackdown at this point. So would scale back that hope a bit lol.
