The reason I say it's Diamond is because he came in for like one or two tapings. If this picture is circa April or May 1994, that's when he was there.

Okay, 90% sure it's Clark Haines now aka the guy in Thunder and Lightning who didn't go on to be nWo Sting. That guy disappeared without a trace from wrestling. Good for him.

This did lead me to looking up a bunch of jobbers from 1994 (I mean it looks like Pez made the picture and he only did six or seven matches for WCW that year) after I initially doubted myself on my original choices. There was a guy named Kenny Kendall who looked like a melted Todd Champion. Also, Ole's kid Bryant Anderson rocked the trying too hard mutton chop look before HHH ever did:

Just for shits and giggles and also out of curiosity, I checked the PWI rankings for 1993. Coming in at #183 is Giant Gonzalez. Fifteen spots behind him at #198 is...NEW JACK! 

I feel like we were robbed of a chance encounter between the two.
