Now - good customer service would send you the correct shirt while letting you keep the wrong one. However - I get the feeling the WWE won't do that. They sent me 2 Bret Hart DVDs a long time ago when I ordered a Bret DVD and Jake DVD. they sent the Jake DVD later and included a note in the email saying pass the second off to a friend. this was years ago. Cristobal Posted March 9, 2016 Share Posted March 9, 2016 WWE will probably pay less for another shirt than they would pay to ship the shirt they mistakenly sent out (and if they ask you to return it and try to charge you for shipping back their mistake, then that IS terrible customer service,) so yeah, I'd expect they'll tell you to keep the shirt and send you the right one.
