Keep in mind Cass beat up the little guy playing mini Daniel Bryan even after being told no by two people, one of whom was Vince himself. So the guy was on thin ice, and all he had to do was fart in the wind to get fired. 

Still, to get canned in front of an audience means his fucked-up-ness was on another level.

Damn. The sad thing is, together, there was money to be made with the two of them. They were guys who could've overcome sloppy work with Enzo's promo and Cass's size. They were WHITE HOT the last year they were in nxt and the first few months they were on Raw. For the life of me I can't understand the decision to split them up. Been downhill since then...

The only man on the roster who was worse than Big Cass.

Because WWE doesn't see value in tag team wrestling.

It really just goes to show that Vince really hates tag teams. Everyone id'd Cass as a guy that Vince would push over Enzo - who we all thought would end up a manager. The tag team was doomed to be a short lived affair.

That's another thing that's a mystery to me. Their model of doing business where only the stars they want to get over are allowed to. The two of them together were industrial-strength backstage heat magnets.  So, separating them - which you'd have to do eventually anyway - will hopefully allow at least one of them to become a more productive performer.  When they continued being shitheads, they cut bait.

Damn it!  I was hoping to finally get resolution for the HHH/Stephanie wedding angle with Cass playing Test.  

 

In this era if you're not an above average worker it doesn't matter how big you are you're not going to last very long. From the time Cass was in nxt he was a crap singles wrestler.
