This has all the makings of unfolding like Almeida vs. Garbrandt a couple years ago where it's suppose to be the crowning moment for one prospect and the other prospect comes through in a big way.

People might be underestimating Jimmie Rivera, especially since he has went several months between his last two bouts (September 2016 to July 2017 to now).

The hype video for Dos Anjos-Covington really made me want to see that fight, which of course was the whole point. Another example of MMA doing pro wrestling better than pro wrestling. Covington is an amazing heel and Dos Anjos came off like a super babyface who is going to put a repulsive snot nosed punk in his place. It was just so great.

Gillespie's ceiling is extremely highly. Credit to Anik for bringing up having to wrestle against a murderer's row like Dake, Phil Taylor, and Jordan Burroughs.
