ENZO AMORE IS MOST LIKELY A PIECE OF SHIT

I doubt he'll even go back if given the chance, since Da Meltz has revealed that Enzo was planning on leaving WWE anyway to pursue a career in rap. And before anyone balks at that - just remember that "Gucci Gang" by Lil' Pump has 468 million views on YouTube.

I just can't even.

Dude could've had a money career as sympathetic face who gets beat up but fights anyway. He screwed that up being a dick backstage. So they punish him by demoting him, and he turns that into a genuinely great heel run. So they do a romance angle and, shock, it's not awful and he sells it.

Enzo literally can turn garbage into gold booking wise, but he's too stupid to realise this.

I cannot express what a gifted performer he is.  But if he can live his life without having to constantly fear his brain being turned into literal goo, I will not judge him for wanting to leave.

That's why I say just let the police do their job.  There's not much for us to gain by speculating over texts and shit.  That said,  I don't think anyone disagrees now that he had to go right?  Whether guilty or not,  he didn't tell them he was under investigation and this was the latest thing in a long line of issues they've had with him.  Even if he's cleared, I don't think they should bring him back.

That's why the most I really said about it all is that  I was going to beat the shit out of him in video games (which I had fun doing)  But speculating on texts and all that stuff is not something that I feel right taking part in.  I'm with you, let the police do their job.  But this being the internet it's unfortunately common for speculation to run rampant.  Least I could do is try and not take part in it.

You can't be serious.  How can you possibly believe in the idea of letting the police do their jobs in a rape case?  Have you ever read anything about how rapes are treated by police?  Do you remember the Jameis Winston case?  The one where no one has any idea what happened, because they treated that woman's rape accusation like you'd treat a kid telling you about their imaginary friend?  How about Larry Nassar, the dude from Michigan State who has been in the news for getting convicted of decades worth of child rapes?  Someone went to the police about him in 2004, guess what the police did?  Is your answer, "jack shit?"  Ding Ding Ding, you are a winner.  Why would you trust the police in this situation?

So your solution is what?  Try the case on social media?  Let you investigate?  Deputize Twitter trolls?

I don't doubt that the police don't get the job done.  But you're painting with an awfully broad strokes.  My general impression is that the police get it right more often than not.

We live on different planets.  Here on Earth, that isn't even remotely true.

Legal student here. Rape cases are inherently flawed in this country because the situation is meant to entrap people who the victim does not know or are serial offenders. However, rape cases do not account for the most common rapist and it is probably the most intimate and personal crime: the person the victim knows personally. In this case, rape kits are deemed ineffective because it is usually a crime where there are no witnesses, vaginal/anal/whatever orifice of your choosing bruises do not mean much and can be excused away as 'rough consensual sex.' Most prosecutors try to look for instances where the victim's lack of consent is explicit like drugging, or alcohol level. The issue with the latter is that the accused can be drunk too and that gets iffy.

As for what supreme is saying, several anecdotal evidence from victims(like most) state that police officers do engage in victim blaming and sex shaming especially in regards to women. Police officers are not objective and have the same perceptions in society are enforced in procedures. Those same biases can be attributed in a mostly male organization like the police who can and have often sided with the rapist. You can simply look at the sheer amount of cases that never make to trial do to the police not believing the victim(supreme provided that stat) and even when they are tried you have to worry about the perception of the jury members.  Not to mention that since objective evidence such as drugs usually do not exist or aren't relevant, the rapist can simply say that it was consensual and it becomes her word versus his assuming that this is a male on female rape scenario. It becomes an assessment of character casted upon the victim which discourages women from even coming forward or revealing their names.

In this instance, this girl is already screwed from the jump because from what I gather, she is a sex worker. And while sex workers are allowed consent(and there is no evidence that Enzo bought any service from her as far as I know), you best believe that the police are dragging their heels on this and if this makes it to trial, the jury is most likely going to do the same. All a defendant has to do is shoot down any personal testimony and raise the character of his client and make irrelevant any objective facts. Revealing herself and her identity was a mistake in my opinion.

Revealing herself, taking this to Twitter or Facebook or whatever the fuck (and fuck both Twitter and Facebook), and responding to some nutjob on YouTube all seem like extremely dumb moves for someone to make. Obvious assumption, but I'm guessing she doesn't have any legal representation because they would hopefully advise her to squash all of this. Coming out in the open then in turn lead to Enzo lawyering up. None of this excuses the police or Enzo for what he might have possibly done, but none of it helps this woman.

Again, making assumptions, but would the best move have been to get her own legal representation and use that to push the investigation along without taking this to social media? I just am not sure what her best plan of action would have been.

If anything, the one positive so far has lead to Enzo being released.

You're not wrong but we don't have all the evidence and witnesses etc in front of us so speculating on an ongoing investigation doesn't do us any good.

Er, is that like rumblingz? I feel like that's not the sort of thing you should post minus attribution.

She is selling nudes and videos through snapchat. I am not saying she is a prostitute. Even on her twitter, you can see her selling porn and bragging about it through social media. She is not ashamed of it or trying to hide and I am not shaming her for it. I am just saying that her being so is going to be used against her if it already hasn't.

Questioning what one does for a living is expected, but in a just world if she gave an accurate statement about what happened and had proof to back it up then her profession shouldn't matter.  If Enzo truly did what she said he did (I'm leaning towards that being true) and he walks away with little more than a slap on a wrist then I'll feel really bad for her and ashamed in the whole process for not caring.  Unfortunately the articles above don't give me much hope and I wish she got a lawyer to handle this.
