I finally looked at this and it's interesting that it's missing Black Sabbath, Blood and Black Lace, and Planet of the Vampires. Some of them I've never heard of (which might make it more appealing to potential buyers), and I was reminded that I actually have a DVD of Kill, Baby... Kill! in the stacks over here.

I've seen most of these in the Bava boxes Anchor Bay did way back when. Haven't seen the western though.

Apparently it is a sequel to Robot Jox! Who knew they made more than one? I expect the best bits are in the trailer.

Holy shit. I mean no disrespect to David Allen's incredible stop-motion work, but that just looks on another level effects-wise.

Robot Wars I've seen parts of being MST3K'd and boy absolutely nothing happens in that movie 😄

Kino Lorber is feeding my Charles Bronson fetish with a release of 10 to Midnight in early 2026 on 4k/UHD!

Between this and the Shout release of St. Ives and Telefon, my Bronson needs are taken care of for the bext 8 months

Well you'll be happy perhaps to hear that there's gonna be a Bronson day on TCM for Summer with the Stars this year. I hope to see Hard Times sneak in for sure.

EDIT: And of course it isn't. I wonder how many times they've played Magnificent Seven and The Dirty fucking Dozen. Yet they never played Death Wish before?! https://www.tcm.com/articles/Programming Article/022032/summer-under-the-stars-debuts

I'm hoping for a Death Wish 9 Steelbook!

I would not be surprised if, in the future, Vinegar Syndrome or Severin or even Shout Factory do collector's edition 4Ks of parts 4 and 5. They seem to be just beloved enough by a small core of sickos like me that it might pay off. Hell, part 3 definitely has to have some kind of super edition with cast interviews and everything, that sucker is beloved by Cannon-heads and general fans of '80s sleaze.

My summer Severin sale order shipped today, 2 weeks after the sale. That's not bad, last year it took 2 months for mine to be shipped out

i fucking LOVE the Demonic Toys movie.

Dollman was pretty meh and the Vs. movie was disappointing. Haven't seen anything past that. I'm sure they're awful, but any thoughts on the sequels?

I watched Dollman vs. Demonic Toys to an embarrassing amount when I was around... 10 or something. Maybe even 12. It was only an hour long, really stupid, and had that chick's cleavage ALL OVER IT.

In fact I ordered a bunch of Full Moon promotional stuff as a kid, a whole folder of it, even though I never could buy anything.

I will always have a soft spot for Full Moon. How can you not when they give us high concept movies with Gary Busey?

Criterion fans will be excited that they’ve announced Bunuel’s EL; true cineastes will rejoice that Kid ‘n Play are making their long awaited debut in the collection.

Hells Angles is the one I would buy first.

for me, the best thing in Eyes Wide Shut is the soundtrack, including the Masque requiem, which I envisioned as Dr Alwuimia’s entrance music.
