Second place, the first Elimination Chamber match as Shawn Michaels' became the new World Heavyweight Champion in shitty brown tights at Survivor Series 2002.

Those tights, (which I know weren't finished on time, per HBK) and the ones he wore during the only 1v1 he had vs RVD were pretty terrible, by HBK standards.

Now if we're going to talk lasting images from Elimination Chamber, I wholeheartedly nominate HHH and his creepy Santa grin.  Fans and non-fans alike watching this with me still talk about this with me because it was so damn goofy.  A still image would suffice, but this works better (it's in the screencap anyway)

 

Shawn's gear until he switched to girdle-chaps was awful. His tights never fit him. The body of his matches was just chops and pulling them up.
