Matt D Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 This just dropped and looks awesome. I won't be able to catch it for a while. Someone watch it and tell me if it's awesome. If you need incentive, just look! It has Spanish commercials from 1999 too.

Web Conn Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Nick Bockwinkel defends his AWA World Heavyweight Championship in Japan against Terry Funk Suggestion to Rippa, it'd be cool to see a Nick Bockwinkel entrant to the 1001 matches ala Harley Race\ 1
Web Conn Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Early Harlem Heat (they're still going as Kane and Kole) teaming with Sid Viscous vs Ric Flair Sting and The British Bulldog And as a bonus here's Bockwinkel vs Hogan
Curt McGirt Posted March 24, 2017 Posted March 24, 2017 Matt D talking up Matsunaga vs. Otsuka on Segunda reminded me of this match which led me to this match, which I had no prior knowledge of ...and here's some Blue Panther and Gran Hamada, just for fun EDIT: The whole key to the Ishikawa match is it sets up the Otsuka match, so watch it first. Really good working around the nail stip and some of Matsunaga's best kicks ever. The Yamakawa/Usuda match has been reviewed in the Driver before and that's just a blast. Too bad the title gives the "incident" away. 1
zev Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 Is Michinoku Pro still a thing? Was there a lawsuit over gimmick infringement over this one?
clintthecrippler Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 I feel like if anyone tried to enforce copyright on the Great Sasuke Space War matches the minute someone says "and it ends with an ex-Congressman in a barrel and he falls through a table while inside the barrel" it gets tossed out of court under the "satire is protected speech" statutes.
Captain Kronos Posted March 30, 2017 Posted March 30, 2017 I need to see if I can find that match with Hansen. There's just a quick clip, with Hansen in a bloody-faced sleeper hold. ETA: If it's Hansen.
paul sosnowski Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 This is from the Brawl in St Paul, 12/25/86 (not the famous one hour draw) 1
zev Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 I'm thinking that today, someone at one of the big indie shows will be saying "Yeah I was one of those Executioners in that Steiners squash." I expect that to be verified next month in the Lies Wrestling Fans Tell thread.
