Jiji
Would've been a true dream match had it been Lingerie Mutoh. Legend status: achieved.

Curt McGirt
That Monster Ripper/Wendi Richter "escape the" cage match on the PR '80s set is probably the best match in that style ever. And that set has Colon/Hansen doing the same thing.

Matt D
There are only a handful of Bockwinkel matches I know made tape that I haven't seen. This was one of them. It's a lot of fun, more so if you're like me and really dig the short arm scissors as a base to be worked in and out of.
paul sosnowski
That's Nick Bockwinkel vs Kintaro Oki (Kim Il) 3/31/80 in IWE Japan. I saw this match last year. Loved it
Beech27
If you’re one of several(?) people who are simultaneously interested in their Wrestlemania match but have not been interested enough to seek out the Wrestle Kingdom match the whole thing is built on, New Japan has conveniently made it their free match this week:

Curt McGirt
That Takagi match may be one of the best overmatched underdog matches I've ever seen. That crowd is BEGGING him to win, and he throws the hammer down at the toughest motherfucker in pro wrestling. I think the current comparison would be if there was a Suzuki/Yano match and Yano dropped the bullshit and went all-in for six minutes.
