RIPPA
I guess that means you didnt watch it when it was my Movie Club pick. That's actually why it was on my radar. I was all "I suck for never watching it for the Movie Club" NOW I can finally watch it. And then it never happened. I blame my wife because she wanted to watch it since of the whole Mikado tie-in... but it never happened. Yeah - that is my story.

RIPPA
You would think that with 17 straight movies from the last countdown showing up we finally hit that part where no new movies will show. You would be wrong...
Execproducer
Very few Tom Cruise films that I enjoy after Risky Business, but Jerry Maguire happens to be one of them. Probably the best use of the Cruise persona ever put to film. If we had submitted a top 200, I might have voted for it. I did vote for Happiness. I admire it and Todd Solondz's work in general, but wow, #3 of the decade? Rock on, EricR! I thought I might have the high vote on Eat Drink Man Woman. Silly me. Such a great film. Seems like there is a pretty consistent block of Asian Cinema voters that I have mostly been a part of. Hopefully there will be a few surprises showing up. I was one of the group of nine for Dead Man. And The Piano.!!! Holly Hunter kills it. And fucking Keitel!!!! Did any actor have a better 90's run? He really becomes the equal of De Niro during this time.
