Cristobal Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 Oh. Well why the fuck aren't they putting Stan Hansen in the Hall of Fame? 4
Zakk_Sabbath Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 I'm not going to lie, I thought Hansen went in when I had fallen out of watching a little bit post-Benoit. Lots of guys who would be a great choice to induct him too. He's alive. Plenty of footage. This would be the year too with the Texas connection. Maybe he isn't interested
Dewar Posted February 12, 2016 Posted February 12, 2016 I can't wait for a Stan Hansen hall of fame induction video that includes his lines from "No Holds Barred".
Ace Posted February 12, 2016 Posted February 12, 2016 In regards to Daniel Bryan, I'd at least consider him for the Warrior award. I think Dana Warrior wouldn't have a problem inducting him either. That's enough headliner for this year to go with Sting, then you have the Freebirds, Regis, Jackie, Godfather, and JBL on the undercard. Although I'd definitely toss JBL or Godfather over the side for Hansen.
Zakk_Sabbath Posted February 12, 2016 Posted February 12, 2016 Sting is a big enough name to headline, save Bryan for a thinner year I would say. Which, honestly, I could see being much sooner than people realize, unless they get into that "match wing" thing that was rumored some years back. I hope they let Rick Rude in soon. I hope Regis lobbies for him during his speech like Metallica did for Deep Purple and others at their Rock & Roll HOF induction.

odessasteps Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 I think if they put DB in immediately after his retirement, it might help keep him getting the itch to have another match.
ChrisM Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Whatever they do, they need to put a time limit on speeches. We don't need another awkward Mr. T moment, or Larry Zbyszko rambling on forever.
Big Fresh Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 No way, that Mr. T speech was my favorite Hall of Fame moment ever. Do that every year!

Hagan Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 Yeah, and realistically they may figure because the Garvin/Hayes 'birds were on national TV with Turner they're more "known" with fans. But, on the whole, the gimmick and everyone involved should go in.
Buy Me a Burrito Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 It's been said before, Garvin was in the Badstreet USA video. He goes in. 1
odessasteps Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 It's been said before, Garvin was in the Badstreet USA video. He goes in. Two pages ago, even.
Playa Shunna Ver 3.0 Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 Godfather is official. I wonder if the Hoes go in with him.
KidNatural Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 Godfather is official. I wonder if the Hoes go in with him. So did Godfather have a more mediocre career or did Koko? What a dreadful class.
odessasteps Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 Are you just talking wwf career? Koko had memphis and texas and florida and world class aand watts.
Brian Fowler Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 Wright managed to get massively over with a stupid gimmick, and he wound up sticking for like a decade. I honestly don't get why he's considered such a bad choice. He'll pop the live crowd both nights, done and done. 1
nofuture Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 Godfather is official. I wonder if the Hoes go in with him. One of his hoes is already in the HOF. Thinking about it, maybe they're going to induct a member of the Bone Street Krew every year to keep Taker happy.
ChrisM Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 I'd watch 20 Godfather/Kama/Papa Shango matches , before I'd willingly watch one Pedro Morales match. 3
