I'm more then happy not having to fork over a bunch of money to the city for an NFL stadium that hasn't hosted more then 8 games in more then a decade. Especially since the "NFL adding tons of profit to local companies" thing is bullshit more often then not.

None of us should ever be watching any football higher than college div.3 anyways. You have to go down that far to avoid 10 minute video packages and 7 announcer teams with halftime breakdowns sponsored by Union Carbide.

So now that he's helped the Rams move to LA, Fisher's going to get whacked right? Or do they wait until the new stadium is ready?

I wanna kiss you right on the mouth for every word of this post.

Wouldn't the correct move for LA be to make a big play for a Big Name Coach? Maybe one who just coached his ass off in a National Championship? Or do they really expect NFL on the marquee to sell tickets?

Once he gets his stadium built, Kroenke couldn't care less what the fuck the team does, York-style.

You think Dabo Swinney's headed to LA? ;)

Kroenke will sell the team for such an insane profit that he'll somehow convince the city of Green Bay to sell the Packers to him for whatever that would take and then move them to St. Louis out of spite.

The Raiders are either going to get their stadium deal in Oakland or move to San Antonio

Mark Davis said that moving to St Louis "is not in their interest"

New York City doesn't have a team and New Jersey has two so it's not like there isn't still a ton of room for shuffling.

The Jaguars are obviously going to move eventually, playing games in that empty cavernous concrete thing. Probably to St. Louis lol

So where would the Jaguars move?

Now St. Louis can go spend all of their time doing what they really care about:  the Cardinals and discrimination by the police

.........ehh, you're not wrong.

"Hey Mr. City Planner, how would you like an NFL team?"

"Awesome, that sounds great. Oklahoma City is a major metropolis and McVeigh totally isn't the first thing everyone thinks about when you say OKC! And we just got our first Chili's! I heard Guy Fieri is interested as well! Out of curiosity, which team?"

(quietly, somewhat into his chest) "The Jacksonville Jaguars"

"Oh, pass."

When I think OKC, I think of the Thunder. Or tornadoes. McVeigh is one of the last things that comes to mind.

Also, don't sleep on the Jags. The Allens were one of the best WR1 and WR2 combos in the league and Blake Bortles wasn't the joke people thought he would be.

My brain autofills Oklahoma City Bomber. Perhaps I'm morbid.

Jacksonville's lease is pretty much iron clad (there's something in there saying that as long as the stadium stands, the team has to play there until the lease is up). So unless a terrorist blows up the stadium in Jacksonville, they aren't moving until that lease is up.

I agree with all of what you just said, but they were still so bad.  They had as many offensive weapons as anyone in the league, yet were 18th in total offense.  Trust me as a Browns fan I know that receivers can be fool's gold (Braylon Edwards, Josh Gordon) that can make you feel like your team is building something, but wide receivers aren't the bricks you want to build your house with.  Those dudes can be great without really affecting the rest of the team.  Bortles still needs a lot of polish or this shit can still crash and burn.
