Ok now I'm confused. I though the concussion was the worked injury whereas the actual problem is his arm issue/feeling loss that he had last year recurring?

The concussion comes from getting his ass kicked by Sheamus, causing Bryan to have some time out, which everyone speculated was because of his neck or nerve problem. 

Ironically enough, that arguably supports the case of the fictional people who supposedly want Bryan to never lose a match ever.

Didn't Meltzer report the pain and numbness had returned, or was that just a rumor and someone legitimized it by saying Meltzer said it?

 

I thought I read that the concussion was worked to cover the real issue but now I'm confused who said what.

Until it's actually confirmed about the Bryan situation, I'm not even going to try to figure out what the hell's going on.  The last page or so is confusing enough as it is.
