I though the concussion was the worked injury whereas the actual problem is his arm issue/feeling loss that he had last year recurring?

Didn't Meltzer report the pain and numbness had returned, or was that just a rumor and someone legitimized it by saying Meltzer said it? I thought I read that the concussion was worked to cover the real issue but now I'm confused who said what.
