I was bored enough last Thursday night at just the right time to watch Impact. Wasn't bad! Plan to check it out again tonight.

Epic surprise appearance of Mustafa Saed on the anniversary of New Jack's passing. Too bad he was done in seconds. Battle royal went surprisingly super quick. 

Francis/Navarro was a fun brawl, nice killer finish from Francis. Glad to see Steve Maclin will be back in the mix next week.

Absolutely shocked to see Cedric win the X Title and Leon not get to break the longest reign record. Pretty great match overall that turned out to be. In the lead up, I always wished somehow Aries would make an appearance in regards to his record but knew that was unlikely, figured Leon breaking it was a given. And then we get the random surprise of Fabian Aichner to end the night, that was out of nowhere.

*Eric Young won the #1 contendership battle royal (5:25) last eliminating Elijah after a low blow.
-Agent Zero eliminated Mustafa Saed 40 seconds in
-Group elimination on Agent Zero & Dutch
-Mr. Elegance eliminated BDE
-Home Town Man eliminated Mr. Elegance & Brian Myers
-Elijah eliminated Jason Hotch, John Skyler, & Vincent
-Kazarian eliminated Home Town Man
-Elijah eliminated Kazarian, Bear Bronson, & Eddie Edwards
-Young eliminated Elijah

*New knockouts champ Lei Ying Lee came to the ring for a promo about her title win. Xia Brookside interrupted and mocked her. Lei challenged her to fight but Brookside refused to do it in Sacramento and called her a bitch.

*Gia Miller interviewed former MMA fighter Keith Jardine at ringside about his film Over Your Dead Body, until the Elegance Brand interrupted and security separated them.

*AJ Francis def. KC Navarro (15:01) after the Down Payment over the top rope through two tables in the Sactown Street Fight. Chris Caray did guest commentary.

*Worlds Champ Mike Santana came to the ring for a promo and said he was ready for Eric Young's challenge. Daria Rae interrupted and announced that Eric Young would not be Santana's next challenge because the ref stopped his defense at Sacrifice against Steve Maclin, so he never beat him. Daria revealed that Maclin has been medically cleared, so next week would be Santana vs. Steve Maclin for the world title. Santino Marella returned from suspension to interrupt. Santino announced that Indi Hartwell had just re-signed with TNA. Santino put over Lei Ying Lee & Santana as world champs. Daria mocked Santino celebrating his daughter's downfall while Santino blamed Stacks.  Santana said he had enough and it doesn't matter who he's against, the outcome remains the same.

*Rosemary & Allie (w/ Mara Sade') def. Mila Moore & Victoria Crawford (w/ Tessa Blanchard) (6:22) when Rosemary pinned Crawford after As Above So Below.

*Cedric Alexander def. Leon Slater(c) (22:20) 2 falls to 1 to WIN the X Division Championship. After the match, the lights went out and Fabian Aichner (former Giovanni Vinci) made his surprise debut on stage.
-Fall #1: Slater pinned Cedric with a victory roll in the opening minute.
-Fall #2: Cedric pinned Slater after the Lumbar Check
-Fall #3: Cedric pinned Slater after a 4th Lumbar Check
