Loved all the opening promo interruptions leading in to the 8 man tag, fun match with a nice finishing stretch.

Tessa/Jody was a great brutal Bunkhouse brawl. Tessa's street fight gear ruled with the Magnum TA shirt and jeans.

AJ Francis being the one who attacked Nic Nemeth was out of nowhere, but I guess a quick and easy way to set up Nic as a face again at least for Rebellion being in his hometown.

Solid knockouts title main event with Arianna and Xia. Would like to see Brookside one day become champ. Lei Ying's dive onto Stacks was awesome. Lots of good build for Rebellion throughout, coming up quick.

Dig the cliffhanger ending with Tessa ending up in the Undead Realm.

TNA Thursday Night iMPACT - April 2, 2026 from Westwego, LA

*TNA Worlds Champ Mike Santana opened the show with a promo. Santana said at Sacrifice, he went to war with Steve Maclin and then Eddie Edwards tried to take advantage of a vulnerable situation. Eddie and Cedric Alexander interrupted. Eddie told Santana that he would beat him for the title at Rebellion and it would be the night of the System as they take over. Santana challenged Eddie to fight him now. Cedric told Santana that he wouldn't be the only one losing a title at Rebellion as he vowed to defeat Leon Slater for the X Division title which brought Slater out.  Slater said he's beaten Cedric before while Cedric insisted the System would win all the gold. Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, Jason Hotch, John Skyler, Agent Zero, & Tasha Steelz) then interrupted. Ali said everyone's talking about what's going to happen at Rebellion and said it would be the night of the System, but also the night of Order 4 because he's the next International Champion which brought out Trey Miguel. Trey called Ali a coward hiding behind the numbers because he can't do it by himself. Santana said enough talk and challenged for a fight while Ali said they only had 3, so Moose (w/ Ailsha Edwards) came down and took out Hotch & Skyler as he joined the ring to set up 4 on 4 as Santino Marella came down to announce an 8 man tag team match right now..

*Eddie Edwards, Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali, & Agent Zero (w/ Jason Hotch, John Skyler, & Tasha Steelz) def. Mike Santana, Leon Slater, Trey Miguel, & Moose (w/ Alisha Edwards) (15:40) when Eddie pinned Santana after the Boston Knee Party.

*The Hardys came to the ring for a promo about being betrayed by the Righteous at Sacrifice. The Hardys vowed revenge until The Righteous interrupted. They go back and forth setting up a Tag Team Tables Match for the titles next week.

*Tessa Blanchard def. Jody Threat (13:33) in a Bunkhouse match via choking her out with a belt.

*AJ Francis def. Home Town Man (3:51) after the Down Payment. After the match, AJ Francis got the mic and revealed that he was the man who attacked Nic Nemeth at Sacrifice. Francis said he's been beating favorites for two years and that Nic Nemeth likes to say he's the showstealer when all he steals is opportunities from him. Francis declared he is the showstealer in TNA. Ryan Nemeth came out to confront Francis. Francis threatened to leave him without a pulse and called himself the best big man in wrestling as he announced he would face Nic Nemeth at Rebellion in Nic's hometown. 

*Arianna Grace(c) (w/ Stacks Lorenzo) def. Xia Brookside (w/ Lei Ying Lee) (11:41) with a facebuster after hitting her with the knockouts championship to RETAIN the title. After the match, Arianna & Stacks surrounded Lei Ying until Mike Santana ran out for the save and took out Stacks. Eddie Edwards then appeared in the crowd and cut a promo on Santana. Santana challenged Eddie to come to the ring but Eddie said he already beat him and next time will be at Rebellion. Santana said that Eddie claims to be the heart & soul of TNA while he is the face and the standard of TNA.
