Yeah, I could see that. Personally, I liked the show better with Adam Richman.

Glad I'm not the only who thinks Hangman Adam Page resembles Casey Webb. Man v. Food was way better with Adam Richman. Impossible act to follow.

I live about 10 minutes away from Rutgers University, where Adam attempted the Fat Sandwich challenge. At my drunkest, I could put down two fat sandwiches.

When he visited Austin, the challenge was at a Mexican restaurant called Juan in a Million, where I would sometimes go for breakfast (especially after a night of drinking). He ate something like 4 Don Juan plates, which is a huge plate of eggs, cheese, and potatoes. I would usually order one, make two tacos out of it, and then save half for the next day.

Yeah, I remember that episode.

Just looked it up and he not only said it but didn't take kindly to those calling him out for it.  That's just fucking awful.

So what do you call this 200+ channels I recently got on Dish Network that are like, The Johnny Carson Channel, Saturday Night Live, Trailer Park Boys, MST3K exclusively? I've just been calling them streamers. The Cook's Country channel rules too. There are so many horror channels but they're all censored.

Also, how much is the AEW Network gonna be?

FAST channels, I think. TNA has one, and I saw some of last years Revolution on Fubo the other day. Not all of them are censored from what I’ve seen.

Yeah those are FAST channels. I have a lot of those available on my Plex server. TV services have been starting to include those as a free value-added service but they're the same FAST channels you can get with Tubi or Pluto or the aforementioned Plex.

The censorship is just blurring of footage. That's weird when you catch an uncensored Cat in the Brain by Fulci which if they censored it, they might as well just not show it. But then Day of the Dead will be butchered. Or there will just be gunshot wounds in an HK action flick that are blurred.

Probably the most irritating thing is they show the exact same anti-vaping and anti-hate crime ads over and over and over and over and

FAST channels are nice but some of those ads are atrocious.  I won't mention what I saw on Plex last year for a bit partly because it was awful and it was shown only on one weekend.  If i do watch it's mainly on Pluto and the ads are annoying as anything.

I appreciate that the stuff I have to see is Ad Council and politically and socially aware but I don't think I've ever harder wanted to see different commercials. This has been going on for MONTHS.

And yet somehow I never get tired of that piano-tinkling Trailer Park Boys theme...

Ricochet heeling it up / acting the cunt telling a Canadian grandmother on Twitter saying he's glad she has MS is quite the look

Yeah I know that Ricochet is kind of new at the heel stuff but someone needs to tell him that you need to turn it off sometimes.   Or at least keep it simple  instead of going down the MJF route.   I would not be surprised if that is the reason why Jack Perry won the title in a battle royal of all things

Ricochet has finally apologised. The woman in question, Sandi has locked her account. Should've never been said not been up so long either. Fuck Ricochet.

Based on what Alvarez said (that he could be fired by the end of the week), it sounds like someone did and he didn't heed the original warnings.

Guess we'll see if he's still in AEW next week.

Claudio has signed a dual contract with CMLL

EDIT: Oh, and if you believe SRS - nobody in AEW or WBD told Ricochet to apologize, he did it himself. And AEW told him afterwards it was the right thing to do. Now his wife is getting death threats, so she had to deactivate Twitter.

DELETE. TWITTER. It’s own and run by a fucking Nazi and it does absolutely zero good that could come close to outweighing the bad. None of this would have even happened if he wasn’t on Twitter.

I've only caught the smallest amount of Ricochet's social media output, the previous bit his whole "yeah I hated working in WWE" deal from a couple months back and even then you could see how he started sensible enough (hating said former job) but by the end it was sort of getting away from him where he was starting to say stuff that made one question all of it. He seems to be the sort where it can start to snowball on him once he gets going and hopefully this going so off the rails and ugly serves as a bit of a wake-up call to him where he can maybe recognize that fact and now aware can address it.

I think the main issue for him is the amount of hate his wife Samantha Irvin got after leaving the WWE.  I mean it has gotten past the tribalist part of this to the point she is getting tons of death threats online.  So yeah I get why he has a strong hatred for the IWC.

But what he should do is get off social media because he is just lumping everyone when he shouldn't.

Yeah, this is the thing.  He's apparently had a horrible time of it from the WWE tribalists going after both him and his wife for the sin of daring to be happier not working there.  But the way he's reacted to all of it, just being an outsized offensive shit, is really stupid.

He shouldn't have come at that woman with MS the way he did.  But both parties can be wrong here.  As much as he was an absolute, indefensible fuckwad for saying what he did, nobody twisted her arm to go shit on him on social media, either.  She made the decision to jump on the Twitter garbage train and go ahead and talk shit on the guy.  To publicly dunk on someone, hey, maybe be ready for that person to say some shit back.  To paraphrase one of my favorite films, she probably didn't expect Ricochet to react that way, but she had to expect a reaction.  In my own meaningless opinion, this falls under the statute of "everyone sucks here," subsection "don't start none don't want none."
