Technico Support Posted January 9 Posted January 9 I met Bill Sanderson once (Larry of Larry, Darryl, and Darryl). Absolute sweetheart of a guy, just amazingly nice. 4
odessasteps Posted January 9 Posted January 9 I’d be interested to hear what people ask him about the most: Newhart, Blade Runner, Deadwood or something else. wow. According to Wiki, he lives in Harrisburg. 1
Curt McGirt Posted January 9 Posted January 9 Forgot that he was that "grotesque" in Deadwood Honestly one of the most loathsome yet pathetic character in anything ever.

He did an amazing job on that show of making you feel sympathetic to him, and then be so shitty that you regretted it. Then he'd do it again. 1
Zimbra Posted January 9 Posted January 9 I think this is my favorite Farnum moment Hearst showing up and immediately clocking him for the worm that he is was pretty great, too.
Curt McGirt Posted January 10 Posted January 10 Any shred of sympathy for Farnum was lost to me in his reaction to Aunt Lou.

Contentious C Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Can anyone explain why Reba McIntire keeps getting sitcoms?

Dolfan in NYC Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 I should probably post this in the football thread.
Log Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Couple things: 1. Big missed opportunity not having Baker Mayfield on there. 2. Disappointed I don't get to see Noel Fielding interact with NFL players.
hammerva Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Any competition show featuring old NFL players that doesn't include Marshawn Lynch is a recipe for failure for me
Casey Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Ryan Hurst (Sons of Anarchy, Walking Dead, Thor in God of War/Ragnarok) has been cast as… Kratos in the God of War show for Amazon Prime. Great casting but it’s funny that he played Thor and now he’s Kratos. I hope Thor is lore accurate and played by a fat Christopher Judge (wait, is that possible?). Burn the internet down.

I didn't read the whole thread at first, saw the Twin Peaks post at the start of this page, and figured *David* Lynch's idea of a bento would be Skittles in a bowl. Probably the exact effect he wanted to have on my brain. Edited January 15 by Contentious C 1
odessasteps Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Imagine what a 2026 reboot of My Living Doll would be like, especially if the Doll in question looked like Julie Newmar. 1
