Hey guys, didn't end up doing a summer one this year, but I'm happy to do a few weeks if people might want to do this.

Get matched up. Figure out what your opponent might want. Pick a match, ideally no longer than 20-25 mins. Get your match from them. Watch it during the week. Write a review (doesn't need to be long). Get matched up again.

Even if we get three people other than me, we can do two weeks. But if we get more we can do more. Just respond here if you're interested.

Thank you for running this again, my friend. Count me in please.

As for me, no DailyMotion as my tablet doesn't like it. No Chris Benoit, Fk Hulk Hogan or death matches with needles/razor wire. YouTube is preferred option please. Good to go on the rest. Cheers!

MattD, I'm going to make a point of following up on the Elite-Lucha Bros Street Fight that you so graciously wrote up last year. I may have some disputes.

I'm in

Edit: no streaming services so preferably something on YouTube, Internet Archive or Daily Motion. And please no Seth Rollins or Adam Cole. I'm already depressed enough.

Beyond those requests, I'd like to watch something someone else enjoys. This is a fun way to watch stuff I might not normally seek out.

I’m down.

For recommendations, I’m open to just about anything as long as it’s easily accessible on Peacock, YouTube, IWTV, NJPW World or Honor Club.

The random list generator was not in my favor apparently.

Usual rules apply. Feel free to suggest what you want to watch/ask your partner. Try to get them something ASAP. I'll roll again next Monday. Try to keep it under 20-25 mins if possible.

@HarryArchieGus, you've got something in mind obviously, but is there anything in particular you want in good faith?

@RazorbladeKiss87: Anything you fancy in particular, mate? Likes/dislikes? Cheers.

just a thought, but in everybody's "I'm In!" posts, if you mentioned what you enjoy, what you don't enjoy, and/or what your biggest blindspots are, it might make for a more fulfilling endeavor. Anything to give your picker a starting point.

Good shout. I’ve updated my initial post.

@AxB I’ll conjure something up from my cauldron tonight for you.

I see on your Substack that you watched CZW's ToD this year. So seeing as you're ameneable to Death Matches, here is Atticus Cogar (c) vs Otis Cogar from ICW NHB/ Rise: Underground, in Sheffield England, earlier this year:

(Which is also available on IWTV, if you want to watch it there... I was at this show, but haven't spotted myself in the crowd)

I'm pretty open. No streaming services here so something on YouTube or Internet Archive would be great. And please nothing with Adam Cole or Seth Rollins. I'd hope you don't hate me that much lmao 🤣. I have something in mind for you. I'll edit this post with the link. I remember you had a nice review of the Tiger Mask/Eddie Gilbert match last time so this is also a juniors match.

Gran Hamada, Masato Yakushiji, Naohiro Hoshikawa, Super Delfin & The Great Sasuke vs. Kaientai DX (Dick Togo, MEN's Teioh, Shiryu, Shoichi Funaki & TAKA Michinoku)

If you skip to 16:30, you'll be about to the beginning. Of course, if you want to see Mabel vs Koji Kitao, you could just play from the start.

Mabel vs Koji Kitao

OH SHIT I FINALLY GET TO SEE THIS!!!

Spoiler

KOJI KITOA vs MABEL- SAMURAI DEBUT SHOW 1997:
(RASMUSSEN)
If you really want to laugh so hard that you stuff flies out of your nose- try watching THIS match. It's like watching a blind ground sloth try to mate with a Buick Regal. Amazingly hideous- like a big festering sore on your leg that you can't stop pic... I'll stop now.

I am personally down for whatever btw. Challenge me.

EDIT: Hey, Kitao/Mabel... could be worse. I mean, Big Vis does a dropkick and a rolling leg lariat that got an enormous pop. That's pretty cool. (But then again, it is pretty much just human-ego-personified Kitao kicking a dude.)

Someone is gonna have to tell me who the dude in the mask with the brightly colored and totally clashing apparel is in the Inoki match at the end though. A missing Gaspar brother? Is that why Inoki showed up with a hockey mask on?

Thanks! I’ll get you your match tomorrow. Had a super crappy afternoon and evening which screwed up any plans I had to watch and/or write about anything.

I hadn't planned on being in the Santo, I was just planning to reply to your post last year, but I don't wanna let you down, so... give me either... a sub-15 or 20 minute match featuring high flyers you like... or a match that defines what you love about pro wrestling.

Help me here, what do you wanna look at?

No worries. One week with me (it was the draw!) and then we'll loop you out and cycle Casey and Curt in.

@Casey, @Curt McGirt just match up with each other this week if you want.

For me, just give me something you want me to write about. So long as it's sub 20, anything you want my take on or thing would be healthy for me (or not).

For you, nice and easy, Virus vs Valiente (I don't think I've given that to anyone) in a lightning match. Very accessible.

Cheers, mate for my match. I wouldn't subject you to Adam Cole or Seth Rollins as I can't stand either myself. Great minds think alike as the saying goes. My pick for you:

To commemorate Hiroshi Tanahashi's retirement next month at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 20, here he faces Zack Sabre Jr for ZSJ's NJPW World Television Championship at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18.

Good suggestion. Edited my OP.

In of course. In fact, I've already got my pick if it's welcome. Are we gonna have to do the three-way split again this time?

Give me what ya got, man! Also, what do you want? Or do you even care?
