well holy shit I did not see that ending coming at all, even after the cash in was official.  Wild booking and not the best circumstances, but as a longtime fan of him I gotta show some love for Kazarian becoming worlds champ for the first time, even if it's awful for Santana's first reign and that decision will be pretty universally hated.

Rest of the show was decent. JDC announcing his upcoming retirement was unexpected. Solid job throwing together a card for Turning Point, but that ending was definitely a shocking curveball.

*Digital Exclusive: AJ Francis & Rich Swann hosted Fir$t Cla$$ Penthouse with BDE, who challenged Francis to a match at Turning Point. Francis then put BDE through a table.

TNA iMPACT - November 13, 2025 from Orlando, FL

*TNA Worlds Champ Mike Santana opened the show with a promo. He talked about becoming champ and having a target on his back with Nic Nemeth & Frankie Kazarian both having the Call Your Shot trophy. Ryan Nemeth interrupted and said that Nic was not there as his flight was delayed but he would be coming to take out Santana. Santana grabbed Ryan and said he would go to Santino and make Ryan his first title defense despite being the most undeserving person on the roster. Santana said Ryan could then go to Nic and tell him he couldn't get the job done.

*Santino Marella came to the stage and introduced NXT GM Ava. Ava put over the NXT/TNA shoWdown event and said their partnership is far from over. Ava said she can't be here every week but knows someone who can as she introduced Arianna Grace.

*Dani Luna def. Indi Hartwell (6:02) via DQ when Indi used a steel chair that Dani brought in to the ring.

*The System (Moose, Eddie Edwards, Alisha Edwards, Brian Myers, & JDC) came to the ring for a promo. Eddie & Moose put over Alisha and their Hardcore War victory at BFG. JDC then took the mic and announced that after talking with his wife, they have decided he is going to retire after TNA Genesis in January. JDC said he was sorry to throw this on the rest of the System but he wanted to announce it in Full Sail because of what the place meant to him. JDC said he would help the System find who would replace him in the group, though Alisha said that's not how it works. The Rascalz (Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz, & Myron Reed) interrupted and said they can't let JDC retire without them doing something first, so they made a challenge for The Rascalz vs. The System. Moose pointed out there's only 3 of them, so Wentz said they know someone who lives in Orlando and their relationship had been rocky but at Turning Point, there would be 4 Rascalz, so they agreed to the match.

*Cedric Alexander def. Jason Hotch (w/ John Skyler, Tasha Steelz, & Agent Zero) (3:27) after the Lumbar Check. Mustafa Ali did commentary. After the match, Skyler & Zero attacked Cedric until the Hardys made the save.

*Kelani Jordan(c) def. Heather by Elegance (w/ M by Elegance) (9:05) with the One of a Kind to retain the knockouts championship.

*Elijah's concert was interrupted by Mustafa Ali challenging Cedric Alexander & The Hardys to a match at Turning Point. Elijah suggested they have a match now since Ali interrupted his concert, but Ali hit him with the mic and smashed a guitar over his arm.

*Mike Santana(c) def. Ryan Nemeth (1:58) via DQ when Santana was attacked by NXT stars Charlie Dempsey, Brooks Jensen, Stacks Lorenzo, Lexus King, Tyson DuPont, Tyriek Igwe, & Robert Stone. During the match, Nic Nemeth was shown arriving to the arena but was attacked in the back. Afterwards, the NXT stars continued to beat down Santana and stomped his arm in a chair. Steve Maclin, The Home Town Man, & The Rascalz tried to make the save but were beat down as well. After the NXT team left, Frankie Kazarian arrived to cash in his Call Your Shot trophy..

*Frankie Kazarian def. Mike Santana(c) (0:59) with a rollup to WIN the TNA Worlds Heavyweight Championship.

At first I thought it wasn't completely horrible because he did have a month reign.  Then I realized that this was the first TNA event since Bound for Glory.  he didnt even get one title defense. 

 At least he didn't lose to Nemeth.  That is Frankie job unfortunately .  Maybe Santana has an NXT contract waiting for him

So watching the show this morning, it was a little more chaotic than I had assumed. But still what a way to lose the title in your first appearance after winning. Oof.
