I just did a search to find out what that middle name is. Seems he may not have a middle name. So the full name is, get this, 'Kyle... Fletcher'!

Another fantastic write up! I really dug the ode to Apter approach to review and your reasoning, and I agree that had the match not had that really deep multi-character thing going on it wouldn't really lend itself. AEW feels like they're doing great shit with as usual, a weakened roster due to injury.

I first read this as, "here's my wife's write up of the men's B&G" and now I want to read that instead.

One day I'm going to do a podcast with my wife where every week we break down something historical. One week she tells me something about history that I'm sure will be focused on whatever in England or western Europe, and the next week I get to have her watch, react, and respond to a wrestling match. My ideal first episode where I get to show her a match would be Samoa Joe vs Necro Butcher, but I'd love to have her watch either the women's B&G match, Hangman vs Swerve Texas Death or Hangman vs Mox Texas Death 2. The latter I actually watched with my daughter and she actually had positive things to say about it and wasn't totally embarrassed that her dad was weeping over Hangman winning the championship.
