Dolfan in NYC Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Memories are just where you laid them. Drag the waters 'til the depths give up their dead... AEW is set up for maybe their biggest Dynamite of the year! But first let's look back on the history of "Not WarGames" Blood & Guts! What did you expect to find? Was there somethin' you left behind? Don't you remember anything I said when I said... But it was sheer madness this week trying to figure out who gets the advantage! A TRIANGLE of madness if you will! Don't fall away and leave me to myself? Don't fall away... And leave love bleedin' in my hands, in my hands again. Leave love bleedin' in my hands, in my hands... Love lies bleedin'! It's Blood & Guts week! You sickos asked for it.... you got it! (I'm not really sure you can call this Nu Metal, but this is one of the few songs from ~2000 that I'd still list as a banger.) Enjoy your bloody week! 4
The Natural Posted November 12 Posted November 12 (edited) Looking forward to tonight, more so the female Blood and Guts match. Hope it goes on last. As for the men's, I can see the Death Riders turning on Jon Moxley. I just hope both stay inside the cage as I hate when it goes outside them. Only exception to the latter is Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker Hell in a Cell at In Your House 18: Badd Blood by far and The Undertaker vs. Mankind, King of the Ring 1998. SovietShooter Posted November 12 Posted November 12 If the Death Riders turn on Mox, does that turn Mox Babyface, or does it turn the Deatheriders? At first thought Mox going Babyface seems to be a no brainer, but a Babyface DR going up against the Don Callis Family is probably where the big money is. Claudio vs Okada, Claudio vs Takeshita, Pac vs Fletcher, etc... 1
just drew Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Something is happening in the men's match tonight. Either Mox is getting booted from DR or Strong is turning on the Conglomeration. Excited for the women to get to show out tonight. 4
Nice Guy Eddie Posted November 12 Posted November 12 I have feeling Claudio is going be the one to lead the DR turning on Moxley. Look at some of his history. He turns on ROH to join team CZW. He turns on the technicos to join the BDK. He turns on Danielson to stay with Moxley. The man is not to be trusted. 7
The Natural Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Weapons predictions in Blood and Guts: Barbed wire. Tables. Broken glass. Glass panel. Thumbtacks. Bed of nails. 1

I've been telling y'all about this dude!" promo from Eddie Kingston if this happens. Edited November 12 by Marcel 10 3
AxB Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Or, we could have Roddy Strong turn on the Conglomeration and join the BCC.

I'd be disappointed if Roderick turns. I like him as the reluctant member of the Conglomeration, only part of the group due to his friendship with Kyle O'Reilly. Who can't relate to that? We've all had friends that has a group of friends we don't really like. Edited November 12 by Nice Guy Eddie 6 1

That's how we'll get the re-kindling of Moxley and Kingston's friendship because King will be the first person willing to forgive Mox after the Death Riders turn. 5
HarryArchieGus Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Interesting to see this swell of Mox turn talk. Tho, Im not quite seeing it. Claudio is loyal, and Garcia just began his mentorship. Yuta is hitting his stride as a heel character, but needs to be built as a threat to the leadership. I do think Strong would be a nice addition to the death riders. Come to think of it - PAC did walk out on the pre death riding BCC. 2
Cobra Commander Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Probably can’t fit this on an AEW show this week with the B&G matches but someone winning their match in 2 minutes and insisting on continuing the match because they wanted the match to go 5 minutes would be very meta after the last week of offscreen stuff extra points if the person could have won in 2, kept it going, and lost in 5 2
Technico Support Posted November 12 Posted November 12 I like Claudio as much as anybody but he just doesn't have the personality to be the lead guy in a heel group. It would be like Arn leading the Horsemen or Studd leading the Heenan Family. 1
hammerva Posted November 12 Posted November 12 The biggest question to me about the men's match is more about what Marina Shafir does. If Moxley gets turned on does she help Mox or join the group? If strong turns on Conglomeration, does she help? I guess you could do a double turn in this match with Mox on one side and Strong on the other but not sure how it will work in the finish Figure that while the women's match will have moments of bowling shoe ugly, it will easily be the most violent and unhinged of the two. There are so many women in that match that have waited for this match and they are already crazy to begin with ] 2

The Natural Posted November 12 Posted November 12 (edited) Both will have to go some to top 2023 which went 51:15. That's too long. 2024. 48:40. 2023. 51:15. 2022. 46:15. 2021. 33:58. Edited November 12 by The Natural
Ramo2653 Posted November 13 Posted November 13 I love that Marina's pic looks like she's doing a very shy wave at someone. 1

I’ve seen lots of talk online about rumors that Mox will get turned against (I think people are speculating he’s due for a vacation) but I also don’t see it happening yet. I also don’t see why Roddy would join The Death Riders at this point other than his real-life wife. 1

We already know that TayJay have no problem brawling and bleeding. Plus we have a mix of smaller women like Skye, Julia, and Mina who can do some kind of crazy flying spot for the larger women like Stat, Bayne, and Willow to catch. 1
