Kris deserves her win back and makes for a better story that Mercedes has all these belts but she's 0-2 for the biggest, the AEW Women's World Championship. 1
The Natural Posted November 6 Posted November 6 I'm missing the early 20:00 starts used at AEW All In 2025 and AEW All Out 2025 rather than the usual 01:00. 20:00 is so much better than 01:00. Least it's a Saturday but it still sucks.

"You won by kicking me in the balls, and that's not cool! So for the rematch, let's make it so you can kick me in the balls as often as you want, without even needing to hide it from the ref!" 1

Shartnado Posted November 7 Posted November 7 While it probably will not affect the match quality or the overall quality of the PPV, the fact that so many of these matches are rematches from WrestleDream, is slightly annoying. I mean sure, rematches on back to back PPV's is an ancient wrestling trope but that hasn't exactly been AEW's MO until pretty recently. It wasn't cool in NXT either, when they were in the habit of running the same match as the main event (with stipulations) for 3 Takeovers straight (decade ago or something).

And if he's too honourable to use an illegal move, then presumably he's also too honourable to lie to Fletcher about his reasons for wanting a no-DQ match and thereby trick Fletcher into getting his balls kicked. And I'm inclined to dispute the idea that Briscoe is a lily-white morally pure babyface, given his willingness to murder MJF (and thereby condemn his own soul to Hell).
