Have him be Deebo and Roman gets knocked down once but comes back for the KO.
Eivion Posted August 26, 2025 Posted August 26, 2025 Opening segment was too long despite some fun moments. Was nice to see it end on Roman and Bronson brawling. JD/Dragon was solid. Penta/Kofi was off at times but pretty decent. Still feels like there is a much better match in them. The Becky/Nikki segment was fun. Really enjoying Becky as a heel. She seems to be having more fun acting like a ridiculous jackass to people. Actually looking forward to the Clash match as Nikki seems to be in decent condition and both seem game for it. Rhea/Roxanne built into something good. Enjoyed the post match attack and save by Io. The backstage segments with the rift between Io and Asuka furthering was nice as well. AJ/Finn was good. Dug the beginning of Bron/Knight with the brawl backstage and the overall match was pretty solid. Still, it felt like Knight needed to tighten up a lot more on his shots. just came across a bit weak, especially given how explosive bron is in comparison. Solid show wrestling and story wise. Still feels like it could have been more. 1

Eivion Posted August 27, 2025 Posted August 27, 2025 Blake/Kelani was pretty decent. The finish with Jordynne amused not quite playing out the same as last time. Myles/Lexis was the perfect amount of stupid fun and a nice cheap win for King. Looking forward to their rubber match as the two work well together. Wrend/Kendall vs. Izzi/Tatum was solid. Digging the Wrendall team and hope they keep it going. Kendall fits well with the NQCC as someone not really taking Charlie's bs. Ricky/Briggs was pretty solid though it does feel weird to see a tornado ddt winning matches after it not doing that for years now. The aftermath with Oba, DarkState, Hank, & Tank was neat. Looking forward to the 8-man tag. Alba/Tyra was short and fine. Its almost a shock to see how different reactions were to this compared to Heatwave, but it is nice to see Chelsea and company getting over be they hated or loved. Fatal Influence vs. ZaRuca/Lola built into something good with all involved getting a pretty nice showcase. The wrestling was generally solid though the main event was th eonly real standout. Still, the rest of the matches were fun, and I dug the general storytelling. Wa snot expecting Xia Brookside and Fabi Apache for the Speed tournament. Looking forward to when they show up. Solid show.
