The Patriots claimed Tommy DeVito off of waivers (the Giants had planned on bringing him back if he made it through)

NE will waive Kendrick Bourne to make clear up the roster spot (they tried to trade him but no one bit)

It should be noted that New England was the team that DeVito played the most against this preseason

I will vehemently disagree with Spurrier being the worst Washington HC.  Especially when you had Ron Rivera not realize his team could be eliminated from playoff contention.

As for my Browns, Hue Jackson was legitimately terrible, I can't deny that, but they were literally trying to lose.  I feel like the guys who were trying to win, but couldn't help but lose should get this award.  Trying to narrow it down to one is the hard part, but I'm going to go with Rob Chudzinski.
