God damn. I've been managing people for over a decade now and never had to put anybody on a PIP. So I can now consider myself better at managing than Warner's higher ups. Sweet. 1

Raziel Posted June 19, 2025 Posted June 19, 2025 Basically what C-Suite came up with for managers to create an excuse to fire you instead of lay you off so you don't get unemployment if you're one of those that rocks the boat or doesn't dedicate your life to the company. Basically if you ever get put on a PIP, update your resume, because there's pretty much no coming back unless you have an actual good manager that actually believes in improvement. There are FARRR fewer good managers that will actually use a PIP to kickstart someone who's just having a bad year/quarter than there are that'll use it to set up firing people. 3

Ne Zha 2 is currently somewhere in the $1.8 - $2.3 billion range depending on when you look. This is all without an American release, which comes in late August.
Curt McGirt Posted July 25, 2025 Posted July 25, 2025 Total corruption. I see why he hasn't destroyed the FCC yet: he's weaponized it.
