God damn.  I've been managing people for over a decade now and never had to put anybody on a PIP.  So I can now consider myself better at managing than Warner's higher ups.  Sweet.

Basically what C-Suite came up with for managers to create an excuse to fire you instead of lay you off so you don't get unemployment if you're one of those that rocks the boat or doesn't dedicate your life to the company.  Basically if you ever get put on a PIP, update your resume, because there's pretty much no coming back unless you have an actual good manager that actually believes in improvement.

There are FARRR fewer good managers that will actually use a PIP to kickstart someone who's just having a bad year/quarter than there are that'll use it to set up firing people.

I see that the submission period for Death Valley Driver's 'What is a Pip' Joke Contest has officially ended.

Administration will get back to you at a later date with the winner.

First American* release.

Ne Zha 2 is currently somewhere in the $1.8 - $2.3 billion range depending on when you look. This is all without an American release, which comes in late August.
