colonial Posted November 28 Posted November 28 Danny Seagren, the first live-action Spider-Man, has died at 83. When did he play Spidey? On The Electric Company, of course! Also a puppeteer and puppet maker for Sesame Street.
Robert S Posted November 29 Posted November 29 My favorite scene is when Claudius stumbles out of the theater during the play-within-a-play, Oldman's character (Wikipedia claims he played Rosencrantz, spoiling the joke that even they don't really know who is who) says "It wasn't that bad." And I just read that someone wrote a play where Rosencrantz and Guildenstern realize that they are characters in a play called "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead", that's really brilliant.
odessasteps Posted November 29 Posted November 29 I love the meta of the play within the play with the play.
The Natural Posted December 5 Posted December 5 I'll remember Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa for bringing Shang Tsung to life in Mortal Kombat (1995). "Your soul is mine!" Tagawa's performance was so well received, he returned to voice the character in Mortal Kombat 11 videogame. RIP Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa.
Zimbra Posted 26 minutes ago Posted 26 minutes ago Peter Greene, who played Zed in Pulp Fiction and a bunch of other scumbags, mostly, passed away.
