So apparently this weekend Jordon Hudson announced on Twitter that she is suing Pablo Torre.    The reaction to this is basically "Poor girl wait until you find out about the discovery phase of this lawsuit".     The last person you want to sue even if you have a case is probably Pablo Torre

also find it funny that Jordon always blame Torre for everything but if you are going to sue someone for defamation would it be the Charlotte Wilder podcast that she and her friend do.   They spent a good 4 months talking about her.  They even went to one of her beauty pageants for fuck sake

I feel like I've listened to all of those Pablo Torre podcasts that discuss Jordon Hudson and I can't think of a single thing they have said that could be considered defamatory.  They aren't very nice, but it's all stuff that seems to be demonstrably true.

People who are serious about suing don't talk about it, they just sue you.  She's only playing for instagram.

Lost in all this is that in the post where she said she was suing Pablo, she posted her credentials for the UNC practice facility. You never ever EVER post your credentials (for those who don't know, credentials are easy to forge with details from a social post).

She's just a walking train wreck.

Pablo Torre strikes me as the type of person who you threaten to sue, and his eyes light up like a kid on Christmas.  He's like the dorky version of the dude who you threaten to kick his ass and you realize he would love nothing more than to see you try.  He's talked about how thoroughly reported his podcast has to be to avoid litigation.  He's probably been waiting on someone to give him an opportunity to use his kung fu in a practical situation.

Unfortunately she had the intelligence to get herself into a position where no one can tell her what to do without the wisdom to know what a terrible idea that is.

In case you are wondering what now, where do we start:

1.  Trying to tweet evidence to Pablo showing he was lying only to show she photoshopped parts of it.  

2. Wondering who is investigating the money mark behind the show.  Which did make for incredible replies of Dan in his worst/best "paying off bets" outfits. 

Only person possibly worse is David Sampson playing the role of the guy in the background talking shit in support.

Two possible reasons that I can see. Firstly, a story about favouritism and corruption is pretty much falling into his lap and right now, he barely has to move to get it. Secondly, that there's something in the story of how they met, and (quite possibly) the legal ramifications of her age at the time.

Time to overhaul WFAN's lineup... again

Craig Carton is returning... again

Carton is returning to afternoons but he will have a new, yet to be named partner

His former partner - Evan Roberts is staying with Tiki Barber. Their show is been moved to mid-days

The current mid-day show of Brandon Tierney and Sal Licata are both in limbo (though the overnight shift still needs to be filled)

Michelle Tafoya is weighing a run for US Senate as a Republican in Minnesota. 

 

This would be the first political office she'd ever have run for.

Pardon My Take is moving the video portion of their podcast to Netflix (possibly removing all YouTube content) in January.

The audio portion of the podcast will still be available via Apple/Spotify/Amazon, etc.

Jeez Stugotz really has a face for radio.  Anyway, he and LeBatard are getting a divorce.  Cote was last seen crying himself to sleep thinking This is my fault. 😭

Just hope certain people at FOX Sports stay 100 miles from him.  The last thing we need is a MAGA Stugotz

in hindsight, Stugotz reminds me too much of Brian Last.

I don't think we'd get a MAGA Stugotz, he was pretty apolitical on the LeBatard show, but when he let his opinions slip he was pretty far left.  Remember, the Parkland school shooting was in the neighborhood he lived in.  I don't remember if his kids attended that school, but he was clearly affected by it being so close to home and how little was done afterwards.
