Man, when IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII am saying "for fuck's sake" ten seconds into the trailer, you know it's rough

I saw this and was like "Nah man, I've seen "The Night Comes for Us", this can't be that-- Well shit, this is pretty--"  Director: Gareth Evans

Well that makes a ton of sense now.  IN.

That thumbnail is either a Predator-shaped mountain or Predator has been hitting the juice and got some sweet traps.

NONNAS

Starring Vince Vaughn, Susan Sarandon, Lorraine Bracco, and Talia Shire

Premieres on Netflix on May 9th

--

This is about a Staten Island restaurant called Enoteca Maria.   The gimmick is the owner gets a bunch of Italian grandmothers to cook in the kitchen.  The food is always outstanding.  If you're ever in NYC and feel a burning desire to go to (ugh) Staten Island...  this restaurant is as good a reason as any.

They mixed up beefing up a cow with milking a cow obviously since the latter is where we’re at with this franchise now.

Not that’s it’s going to stop anytime soon since they have an infinite amount of time and places they can drop the Predator in to. How about this mf goes to mars and wipes everything out with his arm nuke and that’s why it’s a giant red dirt ball now!

I have given up finding a computer that will embed that

Since it was brought up - that is the teaser for Eddington

That's the best kind of trailer, IMO. Can't make a lick out of what it might be about, but I'm damned intrigued.

M3GAN 2.0

I am not putting this in the Horror thread. Just watch the trailer, you will understand why

Not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but Universal might as well say they think their audiences have the brains of hummingbirds.   They're partnering with Meta for an app to be used while you watch the movie to create a "second screen experience".  Because you know, nothing's better than sitting in a dark theater and see everyone's bright ass screens.

Alamo Drafthouse has already said they will not, under any circumstances, participate in this.

This is why I heart Alamo very very much

The Roses

Director: Jay Roach

Benedict Cumberbatch, Olivia Colman, Andy Samberg, Allison Janney, Belinda Bromilow, Sunita Mani, Ncuti Gatwa, Jamie Demetriou, Zoë Chao and Kate McKinnon.

If you couldn't tell, it is a reimagining of the 1989 film (which in turn was based on the novel)

Ahem... The War of the Roses, you mean. Just to clarify because I had to (hadn't watched the trailer)

EDIT: I think that'll be a big hit. And as someone who has begun to just laugh when I see Kate McKinnon's face, her line in that was *chef's kiss*

I saw War of the Roses in the theater with my college girlfriend, and afterwards we were still laughing in the lobby as so many people were walking by us disgusted by both the movie and that we thought it was funny.
