Ok, that new Naked Gun teaser has me intrigued but if it doesn't open with the Police Squad intro i might just walk out

FWIW, The Day the Earth Blew Up has basically flopped at the box office, but the reviews are pretty strong. 88% RT, a solid 69 on Metacritic, good audience scores pretty much everywhere.

The only part of the Naked Gun trailer I laughed at was the OJ joke. That bodes neutrality at best for me.

I didn't laugh at all.  Looks like a miss for me.

It still stars Jared Leto, though.

Jared Leto looks very Morbius in the trailer, which makes me hope the movie will be better than what I fear it will be. Yet I'm prepared for it to be a raging dumpster fire.

I am pretty entertained that I can now recognize Wes Anderson movies by the font they use on the Youtube image

I'm excited for this and probably most of the DVDVR Film Freaks are too.

Still need to see the penultimate which is why I waited to before the last one.

I recognized it by the picture and title.  My exact thoughts this morning, seeing the thumbnail: Well known actor with an inexplicable but HI-LARIOUS bandage?  Old-timey sounding and overly precious title?

My daughter is a huge Michael Cera fan, and a burgeoning Wes Anderson head. My son and I have watched all of the MI movies over the past year. Looks like I may be taking a kid to an actual movie in a theater back-to-back weekends in May.

Their mom is in the picture and I am still married to her. She will also be invited to both movies. Just not sure the boy will want to see the Anderson movie (though he liked Rushmore and LOVES Tenenbaums) and neither girl is into the MI movies.

Is Sinners just gonna be From Dusk Til Dawn with racism? Because it looks like it's just From Dusk Til Dawn with racism. Definitely a case of giving too much away in the trailers (specifically carving stakes).

I'm disappointed that I can't find an IMAX 70mm cut in the Atlanta area for Sinners. I purposely avoided the most recent trailer so I'm not sure what's being talked about. But anything Robert Rodriguez-esque has me there.

I literally wrote when I posted the trailer ages ago

Quote

This is the 2nd trailer - a few things

1) This is horror (and I think the first trailer might have been in that old thread) but this is clearly a bigger movie

2) The Trailer gives away A LOT (including 1, arguably 2, MAJOR heel turns)

3) I am jealous of Josh Allen
