Pretty much the same, won't go to the theater to see this but will watch when it hits I'm assuming Paramount+.
Curt McGirt Posted June 16 Posted June 16 The Spirit Halloween gag made me smile. Otherwise, my only other reaction was a deep sigh at the end of the trailer.
RIPPA Posted June 16 Author Posted June 16 Also for the record (and to show how dumb I am) - I missed the Cody Rhodes cameo
Dolfan in NYC Posted June 17 Posted June 17 This is the teaser for the Springsteen biopic starring Jeremy Allen White
Log Posted June 17 Posted June 17 I just read two books on Springsteen*, both concentrating on the era depicted in that movie and I'm re-watching The Bear to prep for the new season, so that movie is SO my thing right now. *Warren Zane's Deliver Me From Nowhere [Nebraska] and Steven Hyden's There Was Nothing You Could Do [Born in the USA]. Both are excellent. 1

Keep that kind of talk quiet. Some useless studio exec will start dreaming up a musician shared universe series of films. Do we need Rami Malek playing Freddie Mercury again? We do not. 1 2

Log Posted June 18 Posted June 18 I think that looks great, but it's also all extremely My Shit, so take that as you will. Between this and Tracks II out next week, I'm having a Bruce summer, y'all.
Curt McGirt Posted June 18 Posted June 18 Jeremy figuring out how to do that thing with the neck veins is some method acting for real 1 2
hammerva Posted June 19 Posted June 19 It can't be a Bruce Springsteen movie if it isn't at least 2 1/2 hours long 2

Dolfan in NYC Posted June 23 Posted June 23 New trailer for WEAPONS This trailer leans a lot more to the horror side. 3
RIPPA Posted June 25 Author Posted June 25 Roofman Directed by Derek Cianfrance (The Place Beyond the Pines, Blue Valentine) Channing Tatum, Kirsten Dunst, Peter Dinklage, Ben Mendelsohn, Juno Temple, LaKeith Stanfield and Uzo Aduba 1
RIPPA Posted June 25 Author Posted June 25 Eden This is the next Ron Howard movie. There was an international trailer a few months ago that may or may not have been posted. The cast is an insane who's who of beautiful people
jaedmc Posted June 25 Posted June 25 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FlbBLQO4W7o Jurassic Reborn Just comparing the trailers, I know for sure I'm going to have more fun watching this one, as opposed to Rebirth.

Although it seems him, Darren Aronofsky, Ari Aster and Paul Thomas Anderson are doing more 'grounded' or male focused movies versus anything they normally do.
