Alright, the wording here is weird, but... essentially, Patrick Mahomes reworked his deal and will now be the highest paid player in NFL history (for the period of this re-structuring). They've guaranteed all his money from '23 - '26, a total of $210m.  

KC will also "re-visit" his deal after the 2026 season.
