Contentious C Posted September 11, 2023 Posted September 11, 2023 It's not football season until Cris Collinsworth says something on national TV that makes you want to shove him in front of a street paver. So, it's football season. 2
hammerva Posted September 11, 2023 Posted September 11, 2023 Geno Smith speaking for all quarterbacks in the last 5 to 10 years 7

So, it's football season. The ugliest face and most annoying voice in the world has a job on primetime TV, before you even get into all the dumb stuff he says. He must have bl*w the football Gods seriously. He gets worse every week and he’s never going to quit.
NoFistsJustFlips Posted September 11, 2023 Posted September 11, 2023 Can't wait for the season to start next week. Hope The Giants don't look as bad in the season opener as they did in this final pre season game last night. *Checks notes* Fuck. 1 7
just drew Posted September 11, 2023 Posted September 11, 2023 Falcons dropped a bag of hammers on both the Panthers & Drake London fantasy owners…

Unfortunately, you know that even when if he were fired today, his replacement would just provide more of the same bad gimmick. Slurp the star quarterback, defend the idiot rulebook and the asshole official enforcing it, read the promo copy for the tie-in programming, tell a story from when you played, repeat ad nauseum (emphasis on nauseum) You hand over your soul as prerequisite for interviewing for the position. 2

Or maybe if we're lucky it'll be the Tony Romo model of coming in, being really good for a couple years but slowly getting beaten down into just another bog standard NFL color commentator. 3

elizium Posted September 11, 2023 Posted September 11, 2023 He’s also notorious for never doing any research the week before the game. Dude was great his first year, but coasted on his familiarity with the league by being recently retired. Every year that passes he loses more and more of that 1
Cobra Commander Posted September 11, 2023 Posted September 11, 2023 Chiefs and Chris Jones came to an agreement. No extension. Incentives added.
Cobra Commander Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 huge night for the people with Mets/Yankees/Jets Never Forget parlays (of course the Yankees got rained out but)
SirFozzie Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Geez. Rogers is being tackled on every snap so far, and coming out early due to injury.
supremebve Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Robert Salah looks like he just watched his grandma fall into a volcano. 3
hammerva Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Holy shit first sack and he is already out of the game. Talk about the ultimate buzzkill Robert Salah usually looks like a deer in the headlight but now he looked he saw all of Sam Darnold's ghosts 1
Kuetsar Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 I'm not wishing an injury on the guy, but Rodgers missing serious time would be the funniest thing ever. . .
BobbyWhioux Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 that field is garbage and has been inflicting serious leg injuries for years. Serves them right for refusing to spend on fixing it. What could be more Jets than Aaron Rodgers' tenure with the Jets lasting 5 plays? 4
hammerva Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 They should do live version of these NFL script commercial just to hear the reaction Now he is getting the cart. The Hard Knocks curse continues
BobbyWhioux Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 The Spiritual Successor to The Vet claims another victim.
Infinit Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Allen could've ran for a first down and launched an INT instead. Damn. 1
Kuetsar Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Dorsey still can't call a game for shit. . . .

As far as I know there has never been a better quarterback that was a bigger bonehead than Josh Allen. He's great, but sometimes he is awful. 1
hammerva Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 Breece Hall is a beast. If he can stay healthy and they give Dalvin some snaps to rest him he could be top 5 RB Meanwhile Josh Allen is looking very end of season Josh Allen. Not a compliment
SirFozzie Posted September 12, 2023 Posted September 12, 2023 X-rays negative, but he'll miss a few weeks, sounds like.
